Stop playing with my kids food , this is the second time IN A ROW . THAT I HAD SOMETHING IM MY FOOD THAT DID NOT BELONG! to be this chaotic would make me assume that it is messy behind the scenes . The first time I came the was blue crap in my milkshake, the second time I had a blob of orange crap in what was supposed to be my chicken nuggets , just careless . Dont play with the food im abiut to give to my kids whats wrong with people ? I would say it was just a mistake but when it happened a few days ago I let it go , then its almost as if I was being mocked , what do u watch people on cam and pick and chose who to pick on ? I’ve never done anything to anyone in that restaurant. Its scary to think someone would target me and my kids like that .

The hiring process to be a Manager is to identify a hamburger and a Napkin. You’d be surprised at how many people fail that test. Our McDonald’s never gets the orders right and the food is usually cold by the time you get to your table. Manager usually yelling at workers and the food cooking area is usually messy on counters and floor. We changed to a good clean DQ. Good food and great service.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I’ve never experienced at a McDonalds. The young man at the first window who charged our card was VERY nice. After that it just went downhill…after we got waited a few minutes a “man” came to the window shoved our bag in our face and didn’t even acknowledge us. We opened the bag to see the order was wrong so we drove around and went inside where the “man” had an attitude about the whole situation when we asked our food to be corrected. Very unprofessional and will never be visiting this location again!

Drive through order 1413 here. Ordered and paid 45.54 for my families meal and as for my number three. They put a big Mac in the box. Will not return, and the worst part is the manager walked out the order.

Had to wait for my food. No big issues bc I don’t mi d waiting for something fresh. Didn’t get the complete five stars only because once my food was ready my Quarter Pounder cheese and pickles ended up mainly on the side of the box. Other than that drive-thru experience was pleasant.

2 different visits we were served raw egg. I complained and told them I’d try them one more time. I went back the following week (a full 7 days after they called me back which was a week after my initial complaint, so plenty of time for them to calibrate the cooking surfaces and retrain if needed) and was again served raw eggs! I called and complained again but told them not to bother to give us a credit because I wouldn’t be back and they didn’t even call me back to apologize or anything. I’m just glad we checked the food before eating it.

Unfortunately curbside means order on app and come inside. It took almost ten minutes to get someone to speak with me. As always their ice cream was not working. I ordered Big Macs with extra Mac sauce. As you can see from the photo that there isn’t extra sauce, but most importantly look at the size of the patty. That’s Happy Meal meat.
