Worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Sat down very quickly but floor under table was dirty and had to ask a different host to clean it. Waited 20 minutes before greeted by our server even though walked by us multiple times. Overall horrible service, all staff was just chatting and even just eating behind where we could see her then threw the food away we she noticed we was looking.different if she was on break, health sanitation violation. Went back to work. Manager witnessed the whole thing and said nothing. This used to be my favorite breakfast restaurant where we would drive from 2 towns over, have to rethink.

The service and food were really good. The only issue was the AC. It must have been messed up bc it was hot in there. Heat index outside were over 100 degrees. They did have fans in there to make it a little more comfortable.

A Christmas Disaster
This experience was one of the most irritating experiences of my life. It was Christmas day and I brought my family to I hop to have a nice christmas dinner. We all ordered our food and i ordered a breakfast sampler with no hash browns subbing it with an extra thing of eggs with cheese turkey sasuage with 2 ham 2 bacon andoverheard the staff saying I was table 31. My fork was dirty out the wrap and I ask for plastic utensils. Then waited almost 1 hour before my food came and when my food came it had a hash brown on it and no pancakes was with it but my waiter promised it was coming. So I ate my eggs and waited for the rest to come, after 30 minutes we decided it was too long an hr and 30 minutes and all I’ve eaten was eggs. So we call our waiter over to be told he was not sure why I haven’t gotten my eggs and pancakes and my 2 nieces haven’t gotten her fruit or a refill on her water in an hr and a half my friend hasn’t gotten his pancake, eggs, and 2 extra sausage links and turkey links and I’m still waiting on my eggs and pancakes so overall a total disaster. We spoke with the manager who spoke with her team in the back to remedy the situation and said the best she can do is 10% off. After waiting what felt the the entirety of an NFL game that wasn’t acceptable. I told her she can ring me up for the eggs and I didn’t touch non of the other food because I was upset that not everyone had all there food including me. I hope everyone else Christmas dinner was delightful because the prince invaded mine.

There were six in our party. We all made different food choices. Service was quick and looked nice. Everyone was very happy with their choice. Our server did a fantastic job.

Nice staff, hard working workers trying to take care of rush hours, so even if the orders take a while to fulfill, you don’t mind seeing it correct and quality. There’s big diverse crowd of clientele and Spanish speakers servers too. Decorations are good but drab due to being not so new or cleaned enough. Menu is standard yet varied. A fun food joint in small town setting.

We had an early morning breakfast on our way out of town and I couldn’t have asked for a better meal or server. The food was delicious and our server was amazing. Kathi greeted us with a smile, was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.

I visited IHOP on a weekday, and my experience was great! The wait wasn’t long at all, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My food came out quickly, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back again.

Overall good atmosphere. Had to wait to get to a table. They try to get your money first by asking “what do you want to have for a drink?” Then they leave you to decide on the menu. The menu had less pictures so I could not see what my order will look like. I tried the veggie omelette and the tres laches pancakes. I would advise not to add sugary items because after 5 bites into the meal you do not feel like eating anymore.
