I recently moved to the area and this is officially my new go-to T-Bell – and I’m glad it’s a good one! Every time I stop by the service is quick and the staff seems genuinely urgent. If I’m in the lobby there’s usually someone actively tidying up. So far each order I’ve had from here has been perfect.

Ordered online and still waited 20 minutes for our order at the restaurant; total elapsed time was 35 minutes to prepare the order and find out that they were out of nachos.
Restaurant was power washing the Kitchen floor during lunch creating a mist on one side of the preparation counter, that thankfully they were not using.
Dining area was dirty and condiment, napkin and utensils were not adequately stocked.
Won’t be eating here anymore.

We just went through the drive thru and was trying to do two separate orders because we had two people wanting to pay separately and they said they couldn’t because they were short staffed. When we pulled up to the window they were just standing there talking to each other and not even paying attention to the fact the we pulled up to the window. Then this is our “large” nacho fry that we got. Not a fan of this Taco Bell. I also did not get a straw for my drink. And I know you never get anything in your tacos anyways but this is pathetic.

Our food was incredibly sloppy. Quesadilla was made incorrectly. Contacted the manager, Mike, and he refused a refund despite having the food and receipt. He also refused any way to rectify the situation other than attempt to reach “Sasha” he would not give a day she worked or whether to call or come to the location. I am now stuck with keeping this food in order to get my money back this issue should have been easily resolved by Mike because it was during his shift the mistake was made. I avoided this location for a long time due to several issues and I regret giving them another chance.

Put in a mobile order, show up get ignored for 15 minutes before they ask if I have a mobile order, when I say yes they just nod and walk off without saying anything. Waited like another 10 minutes of being ignored before I got a refund and left. It was like they didn’t want me to spend money there. Unreal 0/5

Sodas where down, so I paid for a drink that I didnt not drink!! The food was cold and sloppy. You had no mild sauce. Tacobell is really going down hill. Prices go up and up and service and food quality just goes down the drain on top of the portions size going down also.

Jeremiah was working the headset and the window on at 17 degree night and he had the best attitude during everything. He was so calm and friendly during a busy time. I honestly wish more people had his attitude.

Got my crunch wrap with barely any meat and missing tomatoes. There was hardly anything in it. They may as well have handed me a plain tortilla dipped in sauce.
They also ran out of rice and had to sub potatoes.
Places needs to be looked into as I’m not the first person.

Tried going last night to pick up my mobile order around 11pm i wait in line and they are out of beef for the night which isn’t the issue it happens but when i went again tonight before i went i called to see if they were out of things so i didn’t waste money or time they didn’t answer so i placed my order and tried my luck and they were out of even more than the night before which and had not a singular soul in the drive through if they weren’t busy they should’ve been able to atleast pick up th phone so people aren’t wasting their money and having to wait 24hrs just to get our money back
