Had a mixed experience here. Turned out okay, but wouldn’t have if I hadn’t spoke up and asked what the deal was.
I ordered chips and salsa and the southwestern eggrolls app. Generally speaking, I love both of these things. This day they served me a basket of chips that was almost sawdust. Maybe 3-4 full-size chips in the entire basket. And the other chips weren’t half-size, they were crumbs. I was sitting at the bar and thought that the bartender/mgr would notice how bad the chips were – especially since I wasn’t eating them. After I gave up on that, I called her over and asked her if these chips met their standards. She said no and brought me a basket of fresh chips. But come on, it shouldn’t have needed to get to that point.

Went an hour before close from working on remodeling/ construction. Felt self conscious coming in covered in paint and exhausted but hungry. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Wait from ordering food was within 5 minutes. Very fast and food was piping hot. The portions were huge so well worth the money. Including alcohol. Holiday special margaritas were dangerously tasty. I made a mistake with the tip being tipsy and manager came out and fixed my error on the kiosk and refunded my self over charge. Embarrassing but the staff really made me feel welcomed.

I would rate the stars in the negatives if I could. Maybe it’s one thing to be a traveler coming off of I-74, but you absolutely don’t want to come in here as a regular. I was in high school when they opened, and I almost never came in here. Now, I wish I had stayed out and not given them any of my money. I was never rude to these people, nor did I ever talk down to them. I never said the wrong thing, and I truly believe to this day still that I was on my best behavior. Well, I guess that’s not good enough. The old fossil that runs this place came to me claiming his staff had been complaining about me lately, but he couldn’t tell me what it was about. That’s because I never gave them a reason to do that. It sounds more likely that this party of one was being ruled as an inconvenient and waste of space. This was discrimination. I tried to bring this up to the parent company that owns them. Not surprisingly, it was the typical corporate BS of doing nothing about it. Like I said, it’s one thing if you’re a traveler coming off I-74, but you don’t want to bother being a regular. After a year, they’ll ask you to leave. After what happened to me, trust me on this one. You DON’T have to be a problem in order for this to happen.

This experience was at Chili’s for a to-go order. I waited about 10 minutes while multiple staff members walked past without acknowledging me or offering assistance. My order was visibly ready on the counter, yet no one addressed me. Eventually, someone quietly said, “Someone will be with you in a moment.” I ended up walking inside of the restaurant to find a staff member to hand me my order, as I did not want to take it myself in case it wasn’t mine. While the staff member who helped me was polite, the lack of acknowledgment and urgency was disappointing. Additionally, the kitchen area was clearly visible and appeared unclean, with bread and water on the floor, creating an environment that seemed frustrating even for the waitstaff. This raised concerns about overall cleanliness and made me question my food order. Three stars for the food. The Nashville hot chicken in the trio was greasy and unappetizing, as it was not properly drained before being packaged.

Our server jay took 20 minutes to get us our chips and salsa and water that we order. We are still here and he’s only talked to us 2 times. We’ve been here for an hour. Still have not gotten our food. We love Chili’s but would recommend staying away from this location.

The service was okay. We had three different people who acted like they didn’t know what to do. After our order got took . Fifteen minutes later one of the server comes back and said they are out of the black bean burger patty they had so I had to order something else which took even longer. The nachos turned out to be okay & the cheese curds were good.Overall I give this place a C. Maybe it was just me but they need to work on customer service

Not a fan of chain restaurants but understand that some people like consistancy in a menu world-wide. Had lunch the other day and had the Buffalo chicken. Service was super friendly and quick. Food wasn’t bad but didn’t jump out as knee slapping amazing. What got me was the price. For two people to eat lunch with iced teas and one appetizer it was over 50 bucks. Will say the southwest egg rolls are flipping amazing.
