Order the Greek Pizza, bland butwould’ve been better if sauce had a more robust flavor. Waitress did an excellent job.

In the beginning, there was a wait to be seated because of shift change. After that 20 minutes of time pass everything was good. The food was delicious and the service was good. I enjoyed the robot bringing out the food.

Won’t be returning. I wasn’t sure if this was a bakery, outdoor bar or Greek Italian restaurant. I ordered a Greek salad and a side of grilled shrimp. The salad came without feta – had to order. Pieces of the salad mix were soft and the peppers appeared old. The shrimp was undercooked. After I ate the first one I thought it was really salty. After the second bite I thought maybe it’s undercooked. Lighting was so poor I had to use my phone lamp to see it was still pink. I informed the waitress it was undercooked. Much to my surprise she later returned to inform me that the manager said, well I ate two of the pieces. I expected they would either cook the shrimp or replace it. But neither they brought me back this plate. At no point did I give the impression I wanted a refund. I just wanted to have a meal that might not give me food poisoning. Never again

My husband and I visit Orangeburg, SC for football, and since it’s a small town with limited options, we make it a mission to try somewhere new every trip. Well… mission accomplished

These are hands-down the best wings I’ve had in years—perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, and absolutely crave-worthy. We also ordered a custom pizza, and it was just as amazing.

Safe to say, we’ve found our spot. We’ll be back every visit!

Service was great. We had the sweetest waitress. They also have robots that deliver your food. The food was delicious. I had honey BBQ wings with a side salad. My daughter had a cheese pizza; my son had a burger with fries, and my dad had liver and onions. We all loved our food. They also have an outdoor area for special events. I just wish the floors were cleaner and the decor looked more polished. But I still would recommend this restaurant.

The fresh chips were nice and evenly crispy. The mushrooms were lightly battered and filled with flavor. The personal meat lovers pizza had a balanced amount of sauce and cheese and was packed with meat. Everything was delicious and the robot server was a nice surprise. Our server was nice and witty.

I ordered the shrimp dinner with squash, zucchini, onions seasoned rice and garlic bread. These vegetables are so salty. I cannot finish it!! The rice is mushy. And let’s not talk about the amount they give you. A spoon full!!

Food was simple but well prepared. Service was fine. The atmosphere was simple. Walking in we were looking for the barrel room and stepped into an ice cream shoppe. Then we stepped into the House of pizza. It was super confusing. It does seem to be well run, so give it a try and see what you think.

Traveling we stayed in Orangeburg overnight and chose to eat here at the Sims location early on New Year’s Eve. The first thing we noticed is this is not a small place! When you first enter you approach a counter where you are greeted. There’s a hard ice cream case to the left where you can order and coolers filled with delicious sweet treats. The dining room has booths and is reminiscent of a typical Greek family style restaurant. Beyond the dining room is a great bar area with ample high top seating. Outside there was a second bar under a tent with lighting where karaoke was starting at 6pm. We ordered a calzone with our selected ingredients, a small pepperoni lovers pizza, and a pretzel with beer cheese appetizer. The food was DELICIOUS! The calzone looked more like mozzarella topped garlic bread than a big dough pocket calzone. The taste was beyond our expectations. Really, really yummy. The pizza was thick crust, nice flour dusted dough, with an average amount of cheese and pepperoni. It was very good, just not extra cheese, extra pepperoni as described. The pretzel had a dark lightly crispy outside, was soft and perfectly cooked inside, a fantastic butter glaze with coarse salt, and a wonderfully flavorful beer cheddar dipping sauce. Phenomenonal! The service was excellent. We had a young waitress with a friendly smile and a quiet demeanor who was right on time with everything. They offer 2 NA beers that were great options, which is always a bonus for us. Also worth noting, they use a delivery robot to assist wait staff with delivering the food. House of Pizza on Sims is a Mom & Pop establishment not to be underestimated. They have a keen understanding of quality and precision. We will be back!
