While recently visiting Brooklyn, my family had a serious craving for pizza, and a friend’s suggestion led us straight to Tony’s. Let me just say, we were not disappointed. This is genuinely great pizza that I wish I could get more often!
The crust was fantastic. It managed to be thin, yet light and airy, and was cooked perfectly. The bottom was crispy, giving way to a light, chewy outer crust.
The toppings were equally impressive. The sauce stands out as some of the best I’ve ever tasted—it was perfectly balanced, not overpowering, and applied in just the right quantity, hitting that sweet spot between not too dry or too wet. The cheese was exactly what a classic pie needs: present and flavorful without being heavy or overbearing.
We enjoyed a classic cheese and pepperoni, but seeing and smelling the other options has me eager to try them on a return trip. The place was buzzing every time we passed by, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
Bottom line: This isn’t a paid endorsement; I just genuinely loved this place. If you’re in Brooklyn and looking for an exceptional slice, run, don’t walk, to Tony’s.

Pizzas were delicious! Should have gotten 2 pies instead of 1. Wanted pizza for my 52nd birthday and this hit the spot. Also picked up a slice of strawberry cheesecake (so fresh & creamy) & a slice of tuxedo cake (so chocolatey). Based on my order size they tossed in a free 2 liter. Customer service was on point & the dining room was toasty warm on a bitter day. Had the newest James Bond playing while you waited.

Was craving grandma slice and this totally hit the spot. Crunchy, and chewy! The sauce, herbs and cheese were perfect balance. I live nearby so I just did pick up. Noticed how cute the picture on the box is as I walked home and it made me smile. This is a place that cares about their food. I highly recommend it if you’re craving a classic!

Today I had a very bad experience at this place. I’m a regular customer; I come here at least once a week, and I’ve come here several times with my dog. Today I received a comment from an employee waiting for us to eat, telling us that the dog had to wait outside. He’s a small emotional support dog. He’s very well-behaved. The employee saw us come in, took our order, and everything. However, he waited until we were seated to eat before telling us that the dog had to wait outside. This place didn’t specify anywhere that pets weren’t allowed. In fact, they have pet-friendly utensils, which seems illogical to me if they don’t allow them. I’m not criticizing the food because it’s very good, and my family and I really enjoyed it. But today we had a very bad experience with our pet.

Excellent vegan pizza! You can create individual slices with whatever toppings they have (vegan chicken, sausage, pepperoni, cheese + regular pizza toppings). They are made to order. Crust was doughy and crunchy but not too thick. I got one veggie and one sausage. The slices are huge and around $6 each. My partner enjoyed his non-vegan pizza as well. They have vegan desserts but they didn’t look great. The people working there were so helpful and nice explaining how the vegan options work. Bathroom was clean. Definitely recommend.

Wow wow wow! My grandmother was the first person to introduce me to Tony’s years ago. It was a great memory being in her neighborhood eating the best pizza in Brooklyn! The pizza and Sicilian were fresh, delicious and the right amount of heat.
