Came here with my brother it had been awhile, but honestly I forgot how delicious this place is. I was doing research on the best place nearby that would help me with my Nutritional Macros for my fitness and this ended up being the best place to go.

This is probably the worst service I’ve ever received at any variation of a burrito building establishment!
The girl making the burrito was nice, but completely out of it. She had no idea what was on the menu or how to explain the ingredients. Granted, it isn’t her fault you were out of this, that and everything else, but she was confused and not listening.
The girl who rang us out was irritated and clearly ready to go home. I don’t care about exceptional service- I’d settle for mediocre!
However, having a complete attitude because you have to show me small vs large, just rude!!! Excuse me for not wanting to be wasteful. It isn’t my fault you don’t know the ounces.
Food was good once I fixed it. Definitely always a solid meal for hungry teens.
My advice: We all have bad days, but hide it like the rest of us. Chipotle. Do better!!!

We stopped at Chipotle, on Meridian, in Puyallup for dinner this evening. I ordered a bowl with Honey Chicken, black beans, corn salsa, cheese, and light lettuce. My daughter ordered a burrito with pinto beans, Sofritas ( plant based meat option), tomato salsa, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole. The burrito was huge!! Both meals were very filling with tons of flavor.

Check this ‘Romain Lettuce’ in the top, Puyallup Chipotle now uses mixed greens instead. Plus, now they offer Full Sized Onion Slices! Is this even Chipotle anymore?
Also, cold to the bottom. It was a little tasty once I heated it up in the microwave. Dang, another Chipotle bites the dust.

$65 delivery order, forgot my cokes. I had to drive my own car back to go get the cokes. I complain to the what all the kid workers said was a manager. That was a lie, she is not a manager. I kindly complain, and she throws up her hands in frustration and looks down. I wanted to share that this is actually a reoccurring issue; I haven’t gotten chips on my last 3 delivery orders and this $10 of cokes is just the last straw. She again throws up her hands and looks down again. The lack of social and problem solving skills are astonishing. What happened to simple customer service?
She said she’d like to give me a refund over the phone when I said I was coming back, but then can’t refund my card. Then I ask for cash, and she can’t give me cash. Then she tells me to come in the next day. Drive my car into the store the next day and waste my time for what? An under $10 refund? This is such an embarrassing example of a business. I literally just walked out with no resolve.
I order here a lot. Let’s not even go into the quality control. Basically have to babysit your food order, babysit each little scoop because the children that are working here are disrespectful, inconsistent, and a perfect example of why American businesses are failing people like you. I didn’t even ask for a refund, you offered! Then when i get there you tell me you can’t.
Isn’t that your job? To make things right? Isn’t that what you do every day? You forgot something, make it right. Who is the owner? You’re letting these children ruin your business.

Lady tried to give me someone elses burrito bowl that had walked out. Then skipped ingredients and tried to rush me through before i could get what i wanted. Also , she spoke super quiet which made no sense in this environment with customers behind a glass enclosure. I walked out just like the people before me and went to a well run business with great service ie jimmy johns.

The food is good, but the terrible music is so loud that we had to leave. One track that was playing sounded like three completely different pieces of music playing at the one time at full volume. There was no one else eating lunch in, so I assume others were leaving too.
