This location must be under new management because the difference in my visit this week vs my visit 4 months ago… WOW! It was pretty busy and I was still in and out within 10 minutes- my order was pretty big and I did not order ahead. Literally watched my sliders being made fresh, all my sides dropped fresh. Excellent service, excellent teamwork, excellent quality, and exceptional wait times! Much more put together and much better atmosphere than before. Keep it up!!!

The workers are amazing. It’s really the management. The management is horrible at training. They were literally training today. 1/6/26 and the poor girl that was being trained, was being yelled at the entire time while I was just waiting in the drive-through your team deserves better management and a better team environment makes me not even want to give my money to you

Have been to this location several times and each time is better than the last. Excellent food with great quality and I can tell the staff here has high standards. Always a clean environment inside and out every time that I come to this location. I don’t know if this location got a new manager or something but whoever took over. AMAZING job. i will continue to come to this location. Great Quality Food Service.

This is my first time at this location and Katelyn was so kind and helped me with my app and as she was helping the manger started yelling at her and made her cry. She said she should be less focused on helping me and be at the drive through window too. The manger was so rude . I’m sorry Katelyn, you shouldn’t have anyone talk to you that way. This should definitely be addressed.

Shoutout to the team White Castle at Carol Stream! Awesome customer service. First time having White Castle and the staff gave out great recommendations on what to get. On top of that, everything was made fresh to order! I will totally be coming back! Go sliders

I have never walked into a restaurant and seen a bathroom that looks like this location. Has not been cleaned in god knows how long. Food was OK. Just one of the dirtiest I have seen. I know your standards are not very high but when I have to leave cause I can’t even wash my hands it is bad. I used to come here twice a week me and my son. Now it is once every 2 months. Just a very dirty place! The walls are falling apart and it is run down. Need to update this and the owner of this location should be embarrassed to say they own it

I’m not sure what happened but it just seems like there was a flip switched or something but this is not my favorite White Castle establishment, best service and atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. Food quality has increased a lot recently also! Very satisfied with my recent visit!

By far the best White Castle location I’ve been to. The woman who took my order at the drive-thru was very nice and helped me out with the coupons I was redeeming and patiently ran through what my options were. I pulled up to the window to pay, and she was all smiles. I had a fairly large order, so it took a bit to get it cooked and bagged, but I didn’t mind. Once I got home, the sliders and fries were still steaming. Hands down the best sliders I’ve ever eaten from any White Castle. Great freshly made food and friendly service.
