3 out of 5 orders incorrectly delivered to our table with no hot sauce. Asked for the sauce and this poop is what we got. Poor service overall waitress did not come back to our table until we had been done for 20mins.

My friends in town from Ireland wanted to go so we came for lunch, I hadn’t been to hooters in like 10 years & I had low expectations.
But everything was really good. Friendly service, the tenders were fresh breaded in house, food quality surprisingly tasty. Only thing that wasn’t great were the curly fries, tasted a bit old.
But I’d go back.

Ist time visiting this Hooter’s restaurant in northwest Albuquerque (NM). EASY to locate in traffic, at Alameda (Blvd) & Corrales (Rd.)

The ‘vibe’ at that time of the day was laid-back & comfortable. Instant seating was available, plenty of *LIVE* sports TVs to watch while filling the belly, AND the Hooter’s Servers were attentive & PROFESSIONAL!

Parking was adequate for THAT time of the day.

I ordered the All-You-Can-Eat Chicken Wingettes & Waffle Fries (about $20) to get started. Food was hot & delivered quickly! Thought I could knock-down about 30 or 40 wingettes (when I arrived), but I had to tap-out at 15 or 16! Must’ve been those ‘filling’ Waffle Fries!

Special “Thanks!!” to my Greeter/Server, Ms. “Serenity” for your kindness and Customer Service EXCELLENCE! You made my 1st visit to Hooter’s feel like “home”!

The wingettes were tasty! “I’ll Be Back”! For Sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m done giving this location chances. Every time I come, it gets worse, to the point where I’m not even surprised anymore. The food tastes old, dry, and low quality, like no one in the kitchen cares. What really pushed me over the edge was the complete lack of transparency. I asked if the sauce was butter based because of dietary restrictions, and the employee wasn’t allowed to tell me because of the manager’s direction. They don’t advertise that the sauce is different they need to tell the customer before serving them. Obviously huge difference than the old buffalo. That’s not just unprofessional it’s dangerous. People have allergies and medical issues. Telling your staff to hide basic ingredients is unacceptable. And the management behavior is honestly gross. The manager, Gabe, openly follows certain girls around like a lost puppy the entire shift, but then snaps at other employees over simple questions. We saw our server ask him a question and he rolled his eyes. The favoritism is so obvious it’s embarrassing, and the creepy energy ruins the whole environment. This place feels mismanaged, inconsistent, and completely disrespectful toward both customers and employees. At this point, it’s not worth spending money here when everything from the food to the leadership has gone downhill. The girls look miserable here. I don’t blame them. Sad to see how this place turned out.

We go to Hooters all the time. Today there was 4 small tables in the patio. 7 other people besides my family. They had the tv’s so loud we couldn’t even hear each other. Of course they refused to turn the volume down! My 80 year old father sat there not being able to hear us. So sad! We will not be back!

Do not order the fish and chips… just bland big fish pieces covered in a ton of batter. Waitress was very un attentive too. Not going back anytime soon.

Great place for wings. Friendly staff and clean. I’d rather have a menu I can hold instead of the QR code thing but I understand why they do it that way. I love their wings and the specials are usually pretty good. Ther are tuns of TVs here so you can pretty much watch whatever game/event you want. It’s always funny to see how many parents ts bring children here. Not that it’s bad… necessarily… I just don’t think of Hooters as a “bring you kids” kinda place.

Stopped by Hooter for the first time on February 4th at about 7 PM. The environment was lively, the food was enjoyable, and the music was great. Shoutout to Selena for her wonderful service and for patiently explaining the menu items and deals.

Hot wings came with no sauce on them, manager Robert said “the sauce is butter based and disappeares into the breading”
Wings had no taste but just a hint of butter .
So…..dont be fooled by the picture of wings covered in sauce, expect them to be dry. According to Robert the manager. ‍♂️
