I visited the Odgen 12th street location Sunday night (11/2/2025) about 10:15 p.m. before going I looked up the store hours and I believe it said 1am but when I check again it stated 11am. While waiting for my order I looked for the store hours and it said closing atb11pm. I generally do not visit a fast food restaurant within the last hour of closing simply due to the food quality and customer service. The people closing usually have an attitude and act irritated from your visit.The women who took my order on Sunday night seemed irritated that I was there, which made me feel very unwelcome. I was very polite because I fear my food might be tampered with for simply ordering food before closing. I ordered 2 #1 combo meals. One medium, the other large. I received both medium and one of the fries was dumped which isn’t a big deal but the fries were so cold and only a few were actually curly fries, as they were the “bottom of the barrel” scraps. I have had fries before that you could tell were old, but these were by far the worst quality I have ever gotten. The amount of fries given wasn’t even enough to fill both medium sized orders, which made me believe the dumped fries were to create an illusion it was a full order. I paid the full amount for a combo meal but got day old donut discounted quality food. It honesty tasted like the fries were left out in room temperature overnight. The sandwich wasn’t bad. When the lady handed me my bag of food, I asked for Arby’s sauce and she kinda sucked her teeth and sighed and didn’t say anything. I hate visiting fast food restaurants within the last hour of closing for this exact reason. I went for the curly fries and they weren’t even curly fries. They were hard cold broken pieces of what was once curly fries.

I ordered a #1 cheddar roast beef and two other things. They asked me three times to repeat my order at the menu board in the drive through and then again at the window and still got it wrong. The forgot the cheese on the cheddar roast beef sandwich and gave me extra ice when I asked for lite ice.
I had had this happen a few times and I decided to give them one more chance. But no they proved themselves to be incompetent again.

Beef n cheddar is great. French dips too! Shakes are pretty decent too. It’s definitely not my first thought for food. But it was late, and I gave in.
Stuff will probably eventually kill ya. Lol.

Amazing experience here, they’re very friendly and helpful. I saw them help another customer who had a problem with her order and they were very respectful and professional in their assistance. Would definitely come back next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Don’t you love working 12 hour shifts working hard for the money you make only to get ripped off when trying to order food. I ordered a large curly fry with my meal. Go back to my job site and realize it’s a small cold mix of curly fries and other.
* Don’t go here unless you want your hard earned money to go to waste because lazy fast food workers don’t give a damn.

Did not have a good experience at the 12th street location. I drove 10 minutes to pick up my online order, had to wait another 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, drive another 10 minutes home only to find that I got the wrong sandwich and was missing a side. I drove back and had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix my order. While there, another customer had issues with their order. The staff was not attentive, apologetic, or organized. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Arby’s again.

Second time I’ve gotten a sandwich that looks like it was prepared hours before I ordered and hastily thrown together with little to no consideration of proper building of the sandwich makes me wonder if they were even trained correctly or if they just don’t care about their job at all this could either go one of two eggs one per leadership or two bad employees, and I say this and well confidence because I have worked in the fast food industry and have been in management for that fast food industry thus far reflects a whole lot on the employees and management at this location, as of so far this will be the last time I go to this Arby’s

the service was great the place was very clean food was very good but they need to turn on some heat we ate there and it was so cold we could not enjoy our meal we left and took the rest of our meal home the employee looked like they were cold also not inviting to guest to eat and enjoy the meal TOO COLD

Waited 28 minutes for the drive thru. Then When my order was messed up, I went in for a correction and was ignored. Not to mention hardly anyone spoke ENGLISH! I get that nobody’s perfect but this was so bad I was scared to even eat the food! Hope this place shapes up or at least closed down!
