I am changing my review. I previously had a review better than this, but Today I experienced rude service in many ways.
I was at the drive-through I asked for 2 boxes of plain tiny tacos. I asked for 2 boxes, A total of 3 times!
I get to the window and paid a lower cost than expected. Kinda figuring something was wrong. I was asked for what sauce I wanted, I said “avocado and ranch please”. Then the women at the window Grabbed a handful of taco hot sauce packets, practicly punced into my bag of food, and released the hot sauce packets, then handed the bag over to me, missing a box of tiny tacos and I Didn’t even recieve the ranch and avocado sauce I asked for. And I recieved a random fork and a mess of napkins..
I eat here several times a month and I have never recieved poor service like this. I’m kinda irritated and I probably will avoid eating at this one for a few months.. if things get better I’ll change my review.
Also a few weeks ago someone was randomly standing in the drive through looking at the menu, I waited a good 5 minutes for him to leave.( which is a big deal when on on a 30 min lunch break)

I stop in every day after my college class and grab a couple burgers. Last night I took a friend from class and we sat inside and had a nice long talk. She had fun chatting over some burgers. It was very nice to share ideas and kick it for awhile.
The food was fast and the service was so great. They took the time to help us get our orders together. Thanks for your service and kindness.

Jack in the box has a lot to choose from I like the spicy chicken with cheese, curly fries/onion rings. They have all options for drinks and many different shakes. They are my go to for Late night snacks for churros and tacos many different options.

I went inside the other day and as I was waiting my turn to place my order, I was appalled of the conversation 3 female employees were having in Spanish. How they were criticizing their own place of employment. I know fluent Spanish and I decided not to stay and place my order for the negative environment. As I was leaving, I heard someone call out Juana, Juanita something like that and I turned to look and this Juana, Juanita whatever her name is was actually the one who degraded this restaurant the most and was just standing around doing absolutely nothing while I was waiting in line. I am sure other customers heard their negative conversation because the 3 ladies spoke very loud. If employees dont like that restaurant why should I? If this Juana, Juanita doesn’t care about a line building up why should I eat there. Maybe her job isn’t placing orders but just seeing her standing there was somewhat irritating.

That was my previous review. Nowadays, this place has fallen hard. I was left waiting at the drive thru intercom. The girl at the window was busy socializing with coworkers and was cussing up a storm. Didn’t receive any napkins. Didn’t care for the dirty looks she gave me either.
This was today, 6/27 at 11:30 am. Whoever is running this place now needs to be fired

Super slow they don’t prepare the food until to walk in after placing the order online then what’s the point of the app order? We use the stupid app so the food is ready when we arrive!

Great food at the norm for fast food. Love the quality of meat! Normal wait times to be expected. Customer service is a little less joyful than expected.
