Do yourself a favor and eat at any other location other than this one. Not only have they left out part of my order on my last three deliveries, this last time also left me with a terrible stomach ache and so sick. Each time I have had a delivery part of my order is missing , resulting in me driving to the store to pick up the missing items. This past order I received part of my wings with no sauce on them and fries and a side of sauce missing. I drove to the store and waited 45 minutes. By the time I was home it had been nearly 2 hours since I placed my order and the rest of my order was cold and gross. After waiting for over 45 minutes for my order the wings once again had NO sauce on them. When I spoke to the manager about this she told me they were out of the sauce and I should have been told this on the phone before driving all the way there. Now why would they give me zero sauce for a second time when they knew my order was incorrect and I made a trip there to pick it up? There were at least 5 other people waiting for there orders for over 2 hours and they had also complained and all received refunds while I was standing there. This location seems very poorly managed and unorganized. Like I said I won’t be returning here as I have given far too many chances. $70 down the drain.

I got the wings in a deal in the app. (Buy one get one free) So I got 15 full price 15 free. I also got the endless appetizers. ($9.99) They were worth it, I had two plates of mozzarella sticks and one plate of queso and chips before my wings arrived. The waitress was very nice and bubbly. Service wad EXCELLENT. I didn’t have to ask for a refill or napkins. Everything was there when I needed it. At the end she brought out the check with a smite smile and have a great night. I paid, I tipped, and I left with a bag of leftovers because I filed up on the appetizers. Great place and I’ll be beck….

Katlynne our server was atrocious! Her service skills match an Illinois DMV. I’m serious when I tell you this employee is a detriment to your business. Not a huge deal we stopped for a birthday to grab a bite. My girlfriend asked if they do anything for birthdays and our server the name listed above explained that she doesn’t and she does not make enough to sing anyone happy birthday. Her attitude matches that comment throughout the night and her service wasn’t the best either. Honestly, I tipped her Fairly cause that’s the right thing to do, but this person really should not work in the service industry. Honestly, I don’t know what industry would fit her poor attitude. And to the business that might reply to this comment, I I’m not looking for a response or an apology or a rebuttal for that matter! This review is solely to save my other consumers from spending their hard earned money at this establishment.

The place is run down, with upholstery ripped and dirty, tables sticky. Presentation was sad, with everything piled on a single, dirty cookie sheet, and the waitress seemed annoyed that we were there. Dine-in is more than twice as expensive as take-out: 10 wings are $15.99 at the restaurant, 20 wings plus fries are $16.99 through the app.

The food at bdubs I feel have just not been good. Chicken wings over cooked. Fries tasted old and wasn’t even warm. Ordered Mac and cheese for my 2 year old and he had one bite and refused to eat it. That was also cold. Step it up !!

The last time we were there our pretzel bites and motz sticks were still cold. Told the server and she brought manager over. Took the apps off our ticket. My nachos that i ordered for my meal came with sour cream on it which it didnt specify on the menu so manager got annoyed that she had to have that remade then the new batch came to me so cold nothing was done about that. So my husband was able to eat but I was not. I paid for the 2 meals and we left after he was done eating

Disgusting experience. Twice in one month they forgot parts of my order, and when I asked for my missing salsa, they gave me a tiny substitute. The fries were cold, hard, and clearly old. Very gross and zero quality control. Avoid this location!

Went here to watch the Supercross race. Scott the manager went out of his way to get us this race on a TV in the back due to not having the channel it was broadcasted on. Great service, wings, and beer!

Service took forever, place was filthy, my wings were literally drowning in sauce. It went almost to the rim of the tray they were served on. Workers all standing around laughing and chatting while the place could have been cleaned up. Mind you this was at 9 pm or so and the place was dead. Only about 2 other tables with customers besides us. If this is what the sitting area of the place looks like, I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like . Got sick from the food also. I’ll never go back.
