The Bros, Best Burger Joint In lebanon
Reviews
requested. The crunchy bacon bits made every bite more scrumptious. Comes with a huge serving of fries and a soda. Just hope that they have other beverage options for non-soda drinkers.
Cool interior decor too!
About 30 minutes later, we were called in. After all that waiting, you still have to stand in line inside to order, since it’s a self‑serve concept. We ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, Magic Steak, Naked Cheeseburger, Animal Cheese Fries, and a couple of drinks. It took some time for the food to arrive.
The Magic Steak was excellent, the meat melts in your mouth. My daughter also enjoyed the Bacon Cheeseburger. However, my wife didn’t like the Naked Cheeseburger. The meat was dry, and the onions weren’t grilled (although it says grilled on the menu); they tasted like they had been cut a while earlier. I tried it myself and agreed with her. It also comes with a “Magic Sauce,” but it didn’t live up to its name. I wouldn’t recommend this dish.
Inside, the place is crowded and very loud. I would have given it five stars if it weren’t for the negatives I mentioned.
The fries portion is huge, the meat is delicious and all the ingredients feel fresh.
All the wrong things are not food related…
Restrooms smelled filthy, the gloves are tiny, and there is always problems with seating that could be fixed with a waiting list that is actually respected.
I went for the G.O.A.T smashed patty burger. The meet tastes fresh, the toppings are generous, and the flavour was exceptional.
We also ordered the Mozarella Cubes as a starter – the cheese pull is insane!
My only issue is if you decide to make your burger a ‘meal’ – you must choose from their list of soft drinks – and they’re all on the boycott list!
It would be great to have a different selection of drinks that can be included in the Meal that do not support a genocide.
Keep in mind, reservations aren’t available, and in the evenings the place tends to get very busy, so you might need to wait for a table. One cool touch is their old arcade machine, which brings back childhood memories while you wait.
Portions are generous, and prices are very reasonable, making it a great spot for burger lovers.
The burger was good overall the ingredients were super fresh, you can really taste the quality, and the meat itself is good. That said, there was way too much jam. It kind of overpowered !A bit less jam would make it way more balanced.
As for the cheese fries: fries were okay as fries, but too much paprika. Like, a lot. If you’re going to use that much, maybe ask first? Not everyone likes paprika-heavy seasoning. Also, the cheddar feels low quality, honestly. Two slices of decent cheddar would’ve been enough and way better.
Overall, good concept and fresh ingredients, but some balance issues with flavors and cheese quality. With a few tweaks, it could be really solid.
THE SHOP.
Located in the city-center, the shop is quite big and the ambiance is typically American. There is AC indoor, although the room temperature is not too cool and cold. Unfortunately you barely feel it since there’s no big temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
FOOD.
This time, we decided to taste other than the classical options.
– The meat-burger we took was honestly average but of a good quality.
– The chicken-burger was incredibly soft and tasty. The chicken is dipped in a honey-mustard sauce and the tenderness of the chicken is just awesome.
COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION :
– Staff is friendly and helpful.
– Orders take a bit of time to be done ≈ 15min.
– The homemade sauce is just WOW + BEWARE of the spicy one which is REALLY spicy.
– French fries are too expensive ($5) for what they are = normal…
– Ongoing opening.
Thank you for this experience.
