Love coming here at night! Right now it’s October and it’s decorated for fall. So cute and so good! Feels like small town America

Asked for coconut ice cream… it was the nastiest thing I have had in a long time. They use syrup and had zero coconut. It tasted like konna ice in ice cream. They claimed it was sugar free but the ice cream was the regular soft serve ice cream. The milkshake …it was sour and it was flavored with syrup and maybe two strawberries to add texture. Terrible I am not sure what happened. We have been there multiple times. The girls were very sweet and apologetic.

What a great little find while exploring the area.
I opted for a vanilla cone, a few others got the caramel milkshake, all of which were perfection!
Service was very quick and super friendly.
Great prices
Wheel chair accessible
Great location
Lots of seating
Make sure you read the history marker on the east facing side of the building

We LOVE this ice cream place! Sure, it’s a great location and the staff is extremely friendly. And yes, the prices will make you feel like you’re evading inflation. But MAN, the ice cream magic will make you MELT! Put an Arctic Freeze on your bucket list – and it would be rude not to try a specialty flavor! The tiramisu has real lady fingers, the banana pudding is chock full of Nilla wafers, and the apple pie, well – it makes you feel even more American! Hands down a hidden gem – make it a point to stop there if you have a chance!

Such a fun spot! The ice cream is delicious and creamy, with plenty of flavors to choose from. I love that they also offer small treats for pets—it makes it a perfect stop for the whole family, furry friends included. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere make it even better. Highly recommend!

My mom was craving ice cream, and since neither of us had been to Twisty Cone in years, we decided it was the perfect time to visit, especially with the fall flavors back on the menu. All of their ice cream is homemade, which makes it extra special. I tried the pumpkin ice cream, infused with real pumpkin purée, after being offered a sample by one of the friendly young ladies at the window. My mom went with the sugar-free rum raisin, and we both loved our choices. We enjoyed them out on the spacious patio, complete with a few tables and several relaxing rocking chairs.

I have been goin here since I was a teenager and the line has always been kinda out of control. I was real pleased when they put up the little line walk way and the split line to show where you need to be . It has helped but some people dont bother to look and just walk up and get in line in front of you and when you say something they look at you funny like o I didn’t know or see this massive line behind you. Well tonight the line was not long at all only 1 couple in front of us. But this group of 7 just walk up and stand there and the lady inside taking the orders opens the window and saw me and completely ignored me and took the group instead and the other window where there supposed to be working also the people are just standing there talking so need less to say I left cause my wife didn’t want me to say anything to anyone and start a issue. And I know its nothing to really get upset about but if the customers would read or pay attention to what is goin on around them they could see where to go and if the employees would look and see they could help with the issues as well but no one cares anymore these days and the younger people that work there could care less . But its ok ill drive 20 more mins down the road and go to dels freez .

Last time we were there the ice cream had changed to the weird “ice cream” you get in Chinese buffet restaurants. It was gross. But people eat anything in this city and give more stars than most places deserve. Twisty Cone really went downhill. Haven’t been back.
