I redeemed my points for some wings and the app wouldn’t let me add another wing order on top. I ordered the 2nd one over the phone. The wings from the rewards were all pathetically small. The phone order were all normal size.
I tried to contact corporate and after a year they have not refund/amend anything. I have stopped coming here and will continue to cease giving any of my business to BWW.

Attempted to eat here with a friend today. We were told we could sit wherever we wanted so we sat down. A couple minutes later a couple sat at the table next to us. A waitress promptly arrived at their table with menus. After the waitress had left their table a waiter finally came by us and gave us menus and took our drink orders. We received our sodas fairly quick. Looked over the menu and figured out what we wanted. Waited 15 minutes and still nobody took our order despite me having made eye contact with 3 different employees. One of which made sure to look the opposite direction as she walked past our table. We put a $5 on the table for the sodas and left since we were clearly not wanted there. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will NOT be returning. Also will be sharing this with friends so they think twice before going there.

The kitchen was backed up. Staffing low. Given that, the food was cold and our initial appetizer was served at the end of the meal. The staff was friendly and great. She took care of us the best she could. Just a bad day for them I guess, but would give it another try.

Used to eat here alot, in person usually service is fine but when ordering online and picking up wings are sub par. Ordered over 50 wings not all for me lol and id say majority of the wings were alittle bigger then a quarter… when I called got a small discount back. But when I go in wings are normal size so no idea the issue.

Take out order was 10 minutes after time promised and NONE of the sauces or dressing ordered were included when I got home and checked the bag! What’s chicken without the sauces! Cheese curds are a little overfried. I was looking forward to the cauliflower wings but the garlic Parmesan sauce is too spicy for me to eat. Called the restaurant, they offered to refund the sauces and provide a gift card . . .SIGH

Cold food they put unauthorized charges on my bank card and did nothing also refused to give Management contact information said he’d leave a note then hung up on me when I called back after nobody called me. In the area for a Vintage race weekend at Road America. We got off the road and wanted something close to our motel and ended up here. Good choice!! The next day we spent the long day at the track and chose to do the same. Somehow, some way ended up in the same young girls (Emma) section again. A+ The 3rd day was the charm…the world could use more young folks like this. BW’s is lucky to have her on the payroll.

The worst BWW and restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Wait staff is petty here. Asked politely twice to change channel on a TV. Waiter took our order and never talked to us again after 2nd request to turn channel. After 30 min of being ignored we moved to a different section to watch the channel we wanted, no biggie. We never received our food after watching them serve everyone who came in after us. A waiter in our section deliberately ignored us while serving others in the same section, serving only dirty looks. They give off, “we spit in our customers’ food” vibes. I wouldn’t even bring a dog to come eat here.

I tried going here for veterans day. I called ahead about placing an order for veterans day and the phone rang and rang. When someone did answer, I was put on hold. I waited over 10 minutes alone, just on the phone. So when I arrived, no one was at the greetong desk. I waited there again, and no one showed up. Looking around it is clear that this place is clearly understaffed. This isnt just a problem today. It seems like everytime I try to give this place a chance, its always the same thing.
