Taste buds delight with a side of awesomeness. I had a great downtown hamburger with sweet potato fries and I finished the night with a banana split. The Titanic of banana splits. My waitress was amazing. She was polite and southern. I’ll be back for round 2!

I ordered my food over the phone, picked it up, and when I got home I realized the entire order was wrong. I called the store to let them know and was told *I* was wrong about what I ordered. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, they said the manager wasn’t there and they would have to call her.
So I went back to the store to either get my money back or have my order corrected. When I walked in, they greeted me and suddenly wanted to fix it. I asked for new chips as well since my order was already wrong. I asked for the manager’s name and was told she was on the way, so I waited outside.
After my food was supposedly fixed, the manager came out from the back and handed it to me and it was STILL wrong. Instead of chips, they gave me fries. The manager claimed they were told I asked for fries, which is not true. I originally ordered chips and never requested fries. She proceeded to argue with me and was extremely rude.
This was the worst service I’ve had in many years. I will never return. They clearly don’t care about their customers, and I honestly believe I was lied to about the manager not being there earlier. I’ve never been told a place wouldn’t fix their mistake when they clearly messed up.
It would really help if employees repeated orders back to customers, especially since you don’t seem interested in making things right. Like I said worst service I’ve had in years. Totally lost my appetite. Thanks, soda shop.

My husband and I took our grandboys to get ice cream and it was delicious. I got the strawberry shortcake, my husband got banana split, and the boys both got ice cream with Reese cups sprinkled on top. We loved sitting on the roof top and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere while eating delicious dessert.

Ordered 3 BLT’s, fries requested crispy and well done, and 2 orders of fried mushrooms to go. The lady who helped me was great very attentive and understanding. Ate here before & food was always good even my to go orders. Unfortunately, today was a different story and I’m sorry but I’m not in the habit of taking pictures of my food or I would upload them. 1) the BLT’s were terrible all 3 because they only toasted One side of only 2 of the 3 slices of bread. Every BLT I’ve ever had All Sides of All 3 Slices of the Bread Toasted. It was not Crunchy like the Toast is supposed to be on a BLT. Also, the L stands for Lettuce but the couple of shreds of lettuce that were on our sandwiches were wilted and old. And, those were the smallest tomato slices I’ve ever seen in my life. I will say that there was a decent amount of bacon but it was burnt too much for a sandwich. 2) I order crispy fries sadly they were extremely greasy and soggy. And, 3) the mushrooms were put into the container extremely hot Andy stuck to the paper that was in the box. The only upside to this $49.51 meal plus tip was that we were at home because we did not get full because we weren’t able to eat most of the food we got. I hope that you correct how you make BLT’s and crispy fries especially. Thank you.

I stopped by It’s Graham Soda Shop during one of my DoorDash pick-up orders, and I have to say, the staff showed excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Friendly and attentive service is always appreciated, and they definitely delivered.
The restaurant has a charming retro vibe that adds a unique touch, and the atmosphere was inviting. It also smelled amazing inside, which made it even more tempting to stick around and try something from their menu.
I haven’t had a chance to taste their food yet, but based on my visit, I’m definitely intrigued and might give this spot a try soon. For anyone interested, here’s the latest menu with prices to help you plan your visit. I’ll update this review once I’ve experienced the food firsthand!

Always loved the small-town charm of this mom-and-pop place. Been coming here for a decade with my husband and our whole family has made countless memories here.
The food is consistently great, It’s what we’ve come to expect and we love it.

Haven’t been here in years so family wanted to give it a try. Mistake… Very overpriced for what it is. $12 for a tiny portion of baked pasta that wasn’t good at all. Grandpa ordered hotdogs and onion rings and said they were terrible. Nobody in the group finished they’re food. Just like every other restaurant these days, quality went downhill and prices went up.
