I’m not sure if they know how to do their job or if they’re just trying to save the batches of coffee for themselves, but this location enjoys shorting their customers on their cups of Nitro Cold Brew.
My first time asking for the Nitro Cold Brew, the shorter woman with the pony tailed black hair put ice into my drink. Nitro Cold Brew DOES NOT get ice. Well I’d gone again and asked for no ice, well that same woman filled my cup up halfway with actual liquid and filled the rest up with cold foam.
Why are you trying to short me on coffee that you don’t even pay for? Who are you saving or stealing from lady?
Of course, I drank the coffee and didn’t complain in the moment, but I will make it known on here as a WARNING: This location shorts their customers on Nitro Cold Brew.

Ordered an ice coffee and was given a strawberry refresher from Katelynn. Order a small frozen cookie dough coffee and didnt get the right coffee. Waited in line for over 20mins and there was no one even there. Worst Dunking Experience Ever!

DAILA – The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of customer service training. Her attitude and the way she handles customers are honestly shocking.
I ordered a large frozen iced coffee ($8.74) that had a bad aftertaste. I get them regularly, so I know when something is wrong with the drink. When I asked for it to be remade or switched, she told me the only thing she would give me was a small coffee ($2.59) Nothing comparable, Nothing reasonable. The way she dismissed the situation was unbelievable.
It is extremely unprofessional, and it reflects terribly on the store. No customer should be treated that way, and it’s clear that Daila should not be in a management position if this is how she chooses to handle simple customer concerns.
What makes this worse is that the employees themselves especially Kayla and Kaitlyn are always kind, respectful, and helpful. They’re wonderful workers, and it’s sad they have to deal with such poor leadership.

The best Dunkin crew ever! And I’m from Massachusetts. They are so sweet and kind, I go every single day and my coffee is always on point. So lucky to have an amazing Dunks so close to my house. Thank you for all you do every day!!!!

I’m not usually one to complain, but this really upset me. I order same thing every single day a large ice matcha latte with 2 vanilla shots and 4 liquid sugars light on the ice and they are usually pretty good at getting my order correct but today I was charged an extra 11 cents for 2 french vanilla swls that I didn’t want and didn’t even get added into the drink and got a cup full of ice and when I had corrected the women taking my order about the vanilla shots she didn’t even offer me anything in return for the extra 11 cents that was took and when i asked if the drink had light ice (yk trying to give them a chance to correct the mistake) no one responded so i just said it was fine and left because I dont want any problems. I understand this sounds like it doesn’t matter and it really doesn’t but this just really upset me because they where aware that they made a mistake so they should have corrected it but they just watched me leave with a sad expression on my face. I also do fast food and customer service and I understand what it’s like to make mistakes but you need to take accountability and make it better. I’m not even mad I’m just upset mostly about the extra charge.

I am a regular at this store , the entire team is amazing most of the time but yesterday my kid when to this location as usual and I guess Devonne was having a bad day talking under her breath , arguing with the customer about a donut etc, just hope she is having a better day today and know that another job is always an option when not happy with current situation. #Blessings

So, thi of a Drs is the Dunkin that I regularly go to in order to get my mom’s frozen coffee made correctly… Even that at times is a hit or miss… I’ve worked in hospitality & the food industry fo1111222wr a lot of years… And I’m sorry, I know yall got a lot of new people there… But you shouldn’t leave your front end open with a girl that its practically her first day running the register & handling front end guests… It’s not a good look, nor is it fair for management & the new people who get extremely extremely frustrated..Ive almost completely given up on going to either of the 2 Dunkins that my home is located in-between… There’s this one @ Gulf & US19 N Dunkin & the one by US19 & Ridge… I absolutely cannot stand certain management & how they speak to the guest… Especially when it’s your people who made my stuff wrong… Sorry NOT Sorry most of the staff knows who I am at the Gulf & 19 location… I’m pretty upset bc on 2 back to back occasions I have asked for 2 plain bagels DOUBLE toasted with cream cheese and bacon… I don’t even think they got toasted a first time… Absolutely disgusting &I’m almost to the point of not returning to ANY of Dunkins locations!

Was not greeded or help upon arrival waited 10 minutes no response from employees all of them early morning shift was waiting on a doordash order. All employees need to be retrained on greeting and helping customers when they first walking i had no ill be minute or a hello
