I don’t have enough time to write down everything that I have to say. Every time is a great disappointment, with more than one thing being wrong. “New management” doesn’t matter. Don’t bother, instead order from the one in Austinburg. A few minutes father away, but well worth it!

Literally if you hate your job just stay home… Everything on my order was incorrect minus my hard taco and my potato taco. 1 piece of chicken in my spicy chicken taco, it was like this with 4 of the 6 and I ordered where like this and I ordered a Chicken Chipotle Chalupa Combo and got beef. I love paying extra $$ to have my order completely obliterated. Complete and utter waste of time and this happens everytime I go to this location. Never again and you can keep your “Free” food to make the order up. Sure hope your not paying these employees more then minimum wage if so your loss…

This store has disappointed me countless times but this time was just really bad. The tacos were crumbled instantly when trying to pick them up, and the burritos were soggy and had random things in side the packaging. I didn’t take a picture of the cheese cup but it look old and curdled and I threw everything away immediately. 20$ wasted.

Place needs some cleaning just had two Chicken Enchilada Burrito with a cheesy double beef burrito, the beef one was good the chicken was alright. At least it filled me up and I got the food quickly.

The pictures I have added are black mold on the back sinks mold in the drink stations food they use over night and does not meet quality safety standards for food safety the fryers are completely black grease if I was anybody I wouldn’t ever eat here staff doesn’t care stands outside all day long smoking speed is terrible I received these pictures from a ex employee a couple weeks ago because he was wrongfully terminated this is crazy this tacohell needs shut down I used to eat here all the time now I won’t even consider it someone needs to call the health department the person who runs it needs fired and someone else needs to take it over disgusting and disgraceful have better standards Tacobell

This is awful to even have to write this review. So not only did they mess the order up which okay I get it. The food was gross. It was soggy and the taco barely had any meat at all. Missed half the order. I’m sad. Well I’ll stick to what I know Madison taco bell y’all the real MVPs!
