Hadn’t been to this location in about a year. Things have changed dramatically for the better. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Our server Jose was great. The bread was served quickly and our salads soon after. Meals were served shortly after. We will go back soon.

The service was great!!!. West was our waiter and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations (listen to him for drink choices!!). He was attentive without being too much, and our glasses were never empty. Joe (Manager) clearly takes pride in providing excellent service he checked in with us and made sure we were all good, he told us the trick to ordering an amazing dessert (gotta visit and ask for Joe to learn the trick) and also told us about the app! Visit this outback! Best one I’ve ever been.

I can tell that this outback has changed management because our experience went far and beyond from the last ones that we’ve had here. The food and the service was amazing. At the end of the night the proprietor, Vivian helped us with our gift cards and was more helpful than we could ask for. I think I’m gonna become a regular here. PS The drinks were so fun. I love that. There was a cocktail that I can have with alcohol and my daughter could enjoy the non-alcohol version.

I eat at this outback regularly once a week. I usually pick up a to go order. My server is usually Susie. She is an exceptional employee. She is very attentive and accommodating to my order and needs, always very pleasant and service always with a smile. Thanks Susie for great service that’s always pleasurable. She is a great asset to this establishment. She gets five stars for sure, along with great food at this location.

A legendary anniversary dinner. My boyfriend and I went for a nice dinner and it was absolutely incredible!! It was my first time at this location and I can say I will be coming back. The server was absolutely spectacular!! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he has black curly hair and black rimmed glasses. He was absolutely fantastic!! He ran the seasonal menu with us, to which we ordered two plates from. I had the chimichurri filet and my boyfriend had the pasta with shrimp and steak. And wow the food was absolutely delicious! I will say I should’ve gotten the steak a bit more cooked but it was still fantastic regardless!! Whole heartedly recommend both of the dishes of which we selected. Our server was incredibly attentive and even brought my boyfriend a refill without him asking which we appreciated a lot!! We then got the chocolate thunder from down under (which we thought was absolutely hilarious) dessert and wow!! Absolutely incredible. Overall, incredible experience filled with amazing food and an incredible server with insane service!!

Update: We tried the blooming chicken foe the 1st time and we’re pleasantly surprise with the depth of flavor in the breading. Definitely worth trying out! And the Tasmanian Chili was incredible!! Super delicious seasoning with a nice level or spice and some steak bites mixed it. Amazing!
We’ve been coming to this Briar Bay Outback for years now. We are big fans of the complimentary brown bread + the battered, deep-fried Bloomin Onion with their signature sauce.
This time we both ordered from the Featured Steakmas Season Menu. We each got the Bone-ain Ribeye with Aussie Cab Onion. This massive 18oz cut is beautifully marbled and delicately charred. It comes topped with a healthy slice of onion caramelized with red wine with a scoop of slightly sweetened butter. It also came with a garlic butter sauce on the side, which I preferred over the sweet one on top.
We ordered them both Medium, and they were excessively charred on one side, so he had to send them back. The 2nd time around they came out perfect My husband paired his with a fully loaded baked potato and a cup of chili (that he loved). I went with the loaded baker and a Ceasar salad, both of which complimented my steak wonderfully.
To drink, I went with an all-time favorite of mine, the Wallaby Darned frozen cocktail. This peach-flavored bellini is blended very finely and allows you to add an extra shot of Prosecco, which I always do!

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After being seated at a table that was not properly cleaned, we kindly requested that it be cleaned. However, the response we received was not only dismissive but also sarcastic, which made us feel uncomfortable. We decided to leave due to the unprofessional behavior displayed, as we believe courteous and respectful service is essential in the food service industry. We hope this feedback can be taken into consideration for improving future customer interactions.
