Kizuki Ramen’s philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without actually flying to Japan. Kizuki’s food is still prepared the same way as it is in Japan; utilizing an unique method of roasting bones before boiling. Similar to the French style of making consomme, they were the first in the Japanese ramen industry to employ this method. The result is a rich, flavorful broth that is fragrant, and full of depth. Devoted to replicating the incredible flavor of traditional Japanese ramen, if equal substitutes for ingredients are not found within the country, Kizuki Ramen imports the ingredients directly from Japan.
Hip venue serving Japanese noodle soups & small plates, plus whiskey, sake & beer amid artful decor.

Reviews
We ordered from this place multiple times and we finally decided to visit it when we were in the area.
Wow, this place is amazing! Beautiful design, vibrant atmosphere, friendly service and very delicious food and drinks. Even cocktails were good, which is kind of rare for a place like this.
When I arrived, the restaurant had plenty of empty tables, but I was seated at a small single table. I understand it’s probably because I came alone, but since I had a big, heavy bag with me, it was a little uncomfortable as I barely had space to put it down.
For my ramen, the noodles came out undercooked and uneven. I had already added some of my karaage into the bowl before noticing, so when I told the server, they explained they’d need to replace the whole dish. That was understandable, and the replacement ramen came out fairly quickly.
However, the second bowl was not the same as what I usually enjoy here—the noodles were cooked properly this time, but the broth was very bland and tasted mostly like water with salt. Even the egg tasted saltier than the soup. Since I’ve ordered this dish many times before, I could tell it was different from usual.
The service was fast, but the server didn’t check on my table again until I was ready for the check.
Overall, I still appreciate this restaurant and hope it can improve in consistency, since it used to be my go-to spot for ramen.
i’ll renew my review for my next visit if they have improved.
