Social Profile:

Kizuki Ramen’s philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without actually flying to Japan. Kizuki’s food is still prepared the same way as it is in Japan; utilizing an unique method of roasting bones before boiling. Similar to the French style of making consomme, they were the first in the Japanese ramen industry to employ this method. The result is a rich, flavorful broth that is fragrant, and full of depth. Devoted to replicating the incredible flavor of traditional Japanese ramen, if equal substitutes for ingredients are not found within the country, Kizuki Ramen imports the ingredients directly from Japan.

Hip venue serving Japanese noodle soups & small plates, plus whiskey, sake & beer amid artful decor.

As soon as you walk in it’s easy to sign up with the kiosk. The interior is aesthetically pleasing with the ‘stained glass’ figures above the kitchen. We were seated fairly promptly and the waitress was genuinely friendly & attentive. Started with takoyaki which were warm enough for the bonito flakes to dance but not scalding inside. Crisp exterior with a soft octopus fillling. Husband ordered their All Star ramen which had both pork belly and chicken chashu in a shoyu broth. My favorite is the Gekikara ramen (habanero added to a garlic tonkotsu broth). Soy eggs were delicately seasoned with a gooey yolk cooked to perfection. Warm house sake pear notes went well with my spicy ramen (liked the metal holder).

The food was absolutely delicious. I really appreciate the service as well. Our server took the time to explain a variety of things from the menu and was great at checking back to see how we were doing. For dinner time it was not overly crowded or loud and we really enjoyed the vibe of the place. Will definitely be returning again.

I love love this place! Darius was awesome! Friendly and attentive! He even made sure our left overs (that I forgot) didn’t get thrown out and I could pick them up! Thank you for the food and amazing service!

Probably the best ramen in county.
We ordered from this place multiple times and we finally decided to visit it when we were in the area.
Wow, this place is amazing! Beautiful design, vibrant atmosphere, friendly service and very delicious food and drinks. Even cocktails were good, which is kind of rare for a place like this.

The food was delicious, although my order was not made correctly the first time and I thought that I was specifying from an older picture what I wanted and I think there was a misunderstanding. All in all everything was still really good and I don’t blame them for me not being more specific. I would definitely come here again.

Kizuki Ramen in Lynnwood delivers a solid bowl, with the Garlic Tonkotsu being the clear standout. The broth is rich, savory, and deeply garlicky without being overwhelming, pairing well with the noodles. Consistent, comforting ramen and a reliable choice when you’re craving something hearty.

Came from out of town and our relatives recommended your restaurant. It did not disappoint. It was delicious and hot and the ramen broth was very flavorful. Mark was so helpful explaining the menu and we didnt have to wait long getting our dishes. Would come here again.

This ramen place used to be one of my favorites, and I’ve always ordered the same thing every time I visit. Today was my first time coming by myself (without my family), and I noticed a few things I hope can be improved.

When I arrived, the restaurant had plenty of empty tables, but I was seated at a small single table. I understand it’s probably because I came alone, but since I had a big, heavy bag with me, it was a little uncomfortable as I barely had space to put it down.

For my ramen, the noodles came out undercooked and uneven. I had already added some of my karaage into the bowl before noticing, so when I told the server, they explained they’d need to replace the whole dish. That was understandable, and the replacement ramen came out fairly quickly.

However, the second bowl was not the same as what I usually enjoy here—the noodles were cooked properly this time, but the broth was very bland and tasted mostly like water with salt. Even the egg tasted saltier than the soup. Since I’ve ordered this dish many times before, I could tell it was different from usual.

The service was fast, but the server didn’t check on my table again until I was ready for the check.

Overall, I still appreciate this restaurant and hope it can improve in consistency, since it used to be my go-to spot for ramen.

i’ll renew my review for my next visit if they have improved.

Tried their vegetable ramen. The flavors were good and the noodles were cooked well, with fresh veggie toppings. However, I felt the portion of broth was a bit less compared to the noodles, and I would’ve enjoyed it more with a little extra but still a comforting vegetarian option overall.
