Drive thru person taking orders needs improvement with communication skills. For example, while taking orders repeat back what the customer ordered, please do not assume you got it right the first time. Some of my items were missing and I was given the wrong size blizzard.

Sad to write, because this is just due to one person/maybe a few and has otherwise been great every other time, but for my birthday I love the blizzard cake and the one that was made for me was so embarrassing!! Not only did it lack in everything from flavor to presentation, but for some reason they put an incredibly pigmentented BLACK icing all around the edge (which you couldn’t even see and didn’t do anhthing for the “decor”), which then stained all of mine and my guest’s hands black! Also they had attitude from ordering, to then picking up! Won’t be back now because of that!

It was Ok it was good. The fries were good for fast food, and the shakes and ice cream was creamy and didn’t melt fast. Good service for a introvert (they didn’t talk much) made sure each order went with each number they gave us. Would recommend.

When I say that last I was in here and their were 8 people behind the counter yet only 3 people were doing anything to prepare peoples meals. It is not an exaggeration one was a young lady washing dishes so not really pushing food out while there was a line out to the road for the drive through. I heard one of them ask why the gravy was so watery and then the shift lead laughed and said it’s because she didn’t clean it.. pretty unacceptable. They need to clean house and I mean literally grease is on every surface. Even though the place was remodeled a few months back. I won’t be getting food for myself from here ever again until changes are made.

My order was wrong. Missing fries, instead I got an extra burger. I was missing add ons that I paid extra for. The flamethrower had barely any sauce on it. The one thing of fries I got was halfway full and they were soggy and cold, the other one I ordered just wasn’t in the bag. Cheese curds were soggy and cold too. The menu boards are really dirty and haven’t been dusted in so long. The hand washing sink had weird stuff all over it. Behind the counter, the wall has stuff caked on it. It was gross in there. We spent almost $40 and we decided not to eat any of it. They were rude too. They were really snotty and anytime someone would start to talk to someone at the register, the person would dart away to the kitchen without warning.

This is by far the WORST location of DQs! The kids that work here act like you’re inconveniencing them just to do their job! Aside from that, this is the crap I just got for $5.19!! For real?? You can’t tell me this is due to “inflation” or you get what you pay for because all their other locations are WAY better. Whoever owns this location definitely should be reevaluating their “help”

This is the third time i didnt receive filling when I order a royal blizzard. Its so “fun” being charged extra on three separate occasions, each time multiple items where made wrong. I wont be back.

Nice and cozy, built for dine in and take out, really quick service, and best blizzard ive done ever had. Amazing place and will come again, also really accessible with a wide variety of flavors and most importantly, burgers.

Great food, drive through always slow but sometimes it is completely packed, no one seems to be happy to be there but they are always friendly enough, atmosphere is nothing to shout about. I wish it felt more like an upbeat happy place as apposed to just get your food and go kinda place but maybe I just go on the wrong nights or times. The food is always hot and good.
