I was picking up an Uber Eats delivery order and when I pulled up to the speaker and told the worker that I am here for an Uber Eats order, they say to pull to the window only to wait about 20 min or so and they decide to tell me, after waiting all that time, that the order has been taken by another Uber Eats driver. This store fails to give me any kind of consideration in giving me a heads up and is very slow paced in making the orders for customers. This goes for the overnight workers and cannot speak on the service of the day time workers. I left infuriated at this inconvenience that didn’t need to happen. The person that attended to me was a male in about early twenties and possibly Hispanic with black curly hair and glasses with tan skin tone.

I just ordered food from GrubHub and they mess my order up ⬆️ I ask for a double cheeseburger and they sent me a Mc chicken with mayo all over it that I am allergic too ! I will never order from them again or go there !!!!! GrubHub refund me 5 bucks for burger but now I have a half of lunch with only 3 chicken strips and they put wrong sauce I ask for in the bag

WAYYY too cheap with the sauces. I routinely ask for extra sauce when ordering nuggets (BBQ, Sweet & Sour, etc) , for which they will happily charge me extra, and then end up not giving me any at all unless I ask at the 2nd window. This happens consistently. They need to lighten up….

This McDonald’s on Broad Street in Bloomfield has stood for many years in this location. It has undergone several renovations to its interior including the addition of a drive through that has helped improve the atmosphere. One huge plus that has come from outside, and I do give kudos to the Township of Bloomfield for doing this, has been the installation of traffic poles along the center line of Broad Street, to prevent left turns from being made both coming into and going out of the parking lot thus cutting down on the numerous collisions that have happened over the decades. Apparently I came at the wrong time of the day today. It was just a little before 2 in the afternoon, and it seemed the entire staff was on a paranoid “Battle Stations” alert. It seems that this particular McDonald’s store has been subject to recent spate of unruly behavior by local school kids, who have exhibited a penchant for loud, disruptive, foul mouthed activity. I must commend this McDonald’s for putting their feet down. I might suggest, if they haven’t done this already, that this McDonald’s impose a policy of “Patrons under 18 can only take orders to go — WITH NO EXCEPTION — between say, the hours of 2 – 4”. Maybe that would help. After all, nobody deserves to be subjected to the barrage of explicative laden, disrespectful, stentorian obnoxiousness that kids can exude. If they can’t respect others, then they don’t deserve the privilege of patronage here.
Even though nothing happened this particular day, nevertheless my enjoyment of a good lunch was downgraded. It’s a shame, I liked my food.

A little racist here. I watched them treat a Spanish speaking individual with so much kindness but then gave me attitude when I tried to order, then tossed my food across the counter. 2025 and this is what we still go through. Refuse to eat here. Refund requested. Will not spend money here.

This is the McDonald’s with the worst customer service I have ever visited. The manager does not help at all to resolve the team’s mistakes and seems to lack the experience needed for the position.
Orders are almost always incorrect, and on top of that, the French fries are always overly salty. Very poor overall experience.

As others have stated, this Mcdonald’s is either understaffed or horribly disorganized. There have been multiple times I’ve gone through the drive thru in a rush and they’ve made me pull over and wait to get my order. I understand that it gets busy during peak hours, but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a damn hamburger here. If this weren’t the only McDonald’s in a convenient location for me I wouldn’t come here anymore.

Sat at the drive through and they don’t care to take your order. I went home and ordered uber eats – the Uber Eats driver had a hard time getting the order, it’s about 2 minutes for him to drive to my house and the food was cold and I was missing items. I really don’t know why I thought it would be better – didn’t eat all day and was trying to get FAST food but I guess I was mistaken when I picked McDonalds.
