Picked up breakfast this morning. Ordered a bacon toaster combo and a sausage burrito. When I got home, I had some nasty egg with grill scrapings all over it on white bread with no bacon. This was after I waited a few minutes for fresh tots, so there was plenty of time to toast my sandwich. Had to drive back to the Sonic to get a refund.

I visited at 9:01pm 8/25/21. The only good thing about my order was my powerade and service. First time trying the crave burger and it was nothing to crave over. The french fries tasted like they were in a babies car seat for a couple of days. They felt like it also.

We ordered two Super Sonic Breakfast burritos and found that one had egg and the other without. When we opened the bag we knew something was wrong when one burrito was average size and the other was smaller than the tater tot box. The best part was when I called “the manager on duty” she told me that “He probably didn’t look at the food when we was rolling the burrito and wrapping it.” so employees who are making food aren’t looking at what they are serving to customers….this place has constantly had issues. I would have thought that they had new management after they reopened.

I had a wonderful experience at this location today! The girl that took out order was named Veronica and she was very kind and attentive. She made sure to listen to everything we asked and was very nice when bringing the food out. The food came out quickly and was delicious! Overall a 5/5 experience, we will definitely be back.

I like how Sonic keeps the menu fresh with feature items. My only issue is if you are paying cash, make sure you get the correct change back. The car hop short changed me and I had to go inside the restaurant to get the correct amount back.
