Great place and good service. We made a reservation and it required a deposit but the place on a Saturday afternoon was not too busy. We started with the lemon pepper wings and pork buns. Loved the wings and my toddler enjoyed the the pork buns. The buns and the filling was a bit too sweet for my taste but otherwise good. We got the drunken chicken rice bowls and cat fish rice bowls. Portion of protein was pretty good and it tasted very well. Once again, it was a bit too sweet for me and hard to get any other flavor but I should have taken a pho or something else.

This is an elevated take on Vietnamese classics. We ordered the grilled pork belly, XO prawns with wide rice noodles, Asian eggplant, Saigon Dungeness crab with garlic noodles (half), and the banana cake with savory coconut sauce — all flavorful, and beautifully presented. These dishes are mostly mains, it could be heavy so it’s best enjoyed with a larger party. Portions are not huge, but as expected for the quality of food. Friendly service and worth the short walk from parking.

Great food and great service. Server was super friendly as well. The drunken chicken was a little too sweet for our liking, but it was good nonetheless. I ended up getting the variety meat platter with steak, chicken, and shrimp. I dont eat pork, so luckily they were able to substitute the pork egg roll for a veggie version instead. Overall great experience, and im excited to try the seattle location sometime in the near future.

I could not eat much as the gluten free options were incredibly limited. I did however , enjoy the watermelon salad and seafood fried rice.
Drinks were okay and service was slow but both our server and food runners were friendly!
There was three of us and our table was too small to eat family still which made it uncomfortable. Since this is how we like to eat we’d likely not go back

Monsoon is a great place for lunch. The food is always good. Their combo vermicelli bowl with shrimp, chicken, and beef was tasty and the imperial roll was good.
We ordered the tuna roll appetizer and it was also tasty. The sauce was garlic forward for the normal dipping sauce.
Service was average with the lunch rush. I’d definitely return.

Fancy Vietnamese spot with seriously the best pho I’ve had in Seattle! Flavor was fireee!!!! Rich broth, super comforting. Portion’s a bit smaller than your usual viet places, but the quality makes up for it. Perfect spot for a date or nice dinner out. Definitely coming back to try more!

Monsoon bellevue is definitely a must for brunch. The interior of the restaurant is very nice and clean. The food is very authentic during brunch with selections like congee, banh xeo, pho and dim sum. The food was good but the service really tied our experience all together.
We were greeted by a very kind and patient server who warmly welcomed and accommodated to our specific needs. She simply seemed happy to help which we appreciated. Great service Jade.

Outstanding Experience at Monsoon, Bellevue, WA
Monsoon in Bellevue exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely excellent — full of bold, vibrant flavors and beautifully presented. Every dish we ordered was delicious and clearly made with care and fresh ingredients.
What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our server checked in regularly without being intrusive, and everyone from the host to the bussers made us feel well taken care of.
If you’re looking for a place with top-notch food and a warm, professional atmosphere, Monsoon is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Overall pretty good. The crayfish sauce was too sweet but the dish was flavorful. The fried rice didn’t quite have the wok-hei smokey flavor I was hoping for. Otherwise a decent Vietnamese fusion place.

Went here for my brother in laws birthday. The food is decent but very sweet and overpriced. We were a walk in party of 12 and it was nice they could seat us but they said each person had to pay $65 cuz we were such a large group. Stupid. We would have to each order 3 dishes. We talked to the manager and convinced them that was absurd. We had eaten and opened presents and the waiter John T. Very rudely told us we had to leave because SO many people were waiting for a table. There were empty tables in the dining room and no one waiting. We left with our uneaten cake and spoke with the manager again about how badly we had been treated. We are now trying to find another location to finish celebrating this poor man’s birthday. Don’t come here if you want to celebrate the important people in your life. I will never come back and will never recommend.
UPDATE: Currently eating cake at the Bellevue mall food court off Panda Express plates. Thank you to the kind Panda Express people for showing us more hospitality than Monsoon.
