No customer service. Wasn’t greeted. Never saw an employee till my food came up after I was forced to place my own order on one of those kiosk machines. If you don’t have enough employees to run a store it should be shut down.

This place absolutely sucks. Absolutely NO customer service, nothing is stocked, super dirty. My family and I stood in the store for 30 minutes for 1 large fry and two large drinks. I eventually had to go behind the counter and get my own cups and one worker acts like she doesn’t understand English when she does. Miserable people. Tons of customers walking out and cold food at that. Nobody is attending to the customers at the front and there are food alarms going off left and right. If there aren’t enough people to run a place, close it!!!! Definitely thinking the health department needs to take a close look at this place.

The staff was extremely efficient and courteous. They got my order out in very short time, even though their drive-thru is a little hard to find. Unfortunately I had severe diarrhea for about 2 hours a while after eating.

Food was fresh. It’s in a truck stop so it’s a bit different than most McDonald’s. Not one employee even acknowledged I was waiting on my order.
