My wife & I stopped here on our way through town. We both had ground beef chimichanga. They were VERY tasty. In the photo you can see the sour cream bowl (which ended up on our food) and not seen was a bowl of guacamole (which also ended up on our food). Loved the food. The staff were friendly but not very attentive. They came quickly to take our orders, but never checked back and I had to find someone to get our check so we could pay in leave. They were never rude, discourteous, or unfriendly, but I which the would have checked on us time to time. If we ever pass through again, I would certainly eat there again because the food was delicious (although I thought the chips were a bit tough).

Okay, Don Juan’s!
I thought I had the best Mexican food in Twin. But I was wrong. As soon as I walked into this humble restaurant full of lively, happy diners (the parking lot was packed on a random Wed.), I smelled the difference. It smelled like garlic, onions, long-simmered sauces, happiness, and a good time.
We were there with friends who are regulars. I let them order for me, something called Sincronizada Tacos (choice of meats, I loved mine with long, hot cheese pulls and tender chicken) with perfectly seasoned rice and stand-alone refried beans.
I was tempted just to eat the rice and beans, that’s how great they were.
They have bottles of spicy and green sauce too.
You can tell when a Mexican restaurant delivers if the salsa with the chips are fantastically flavored, and these were; they had everyone else beat by a mile. The salsa was spicy and tasty, and so full-bodied, I was tempted to drink it. (My friend said she has.)
It’s a friendly family-run restaurant, featuring a menu that will keep you coming back.
Don’t miss Tues./Thurs. Taco Rush for 87-cent street tacos in your choice of filling (carnitas and ground beef are my faves)! What a deal, and I’m still hungry for more!

I was craving some tacos and this restaurant did not disappoint! The menu has a good variety of food and price range is very affordable. We tried beef tacos and beef tongue tacos and tostado with shrimp and one of their main dishes – Mar y Tierra. Everything was very delicious and full of flavour!

This was a great no frills place. The food was fresh prepared and delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Prices were extremely reasonable. The drinks were simple but well priced. Family friendly and easy going. Definitely will return if I’m in the area. Parking was okay.

I have been going to Don Juans for a few years now, and it is hands down my favorite Mexican food restaurant i have tried in the Magic Valley. They have authentic and delicious food and they have very affordable prices for a good portion of food. The service is always amazing and all the staff is friendly.

This place is awesome. Really, good authentic Mexican food. I had the chicken quesadilla, loaded, holy cow!! Really, really good. Just ate half now, because I also had ordered the fried ice cream and a soda. I can’t remember the last time I got to eat a fried ice cream. I walk out of that place with a big-O smile on my face. Half for later and ready for a nap. All for under $14. I was most impressed with how people came in and knew the wait staff and knew exactly what they wanted, no menu needed.

Looking for a place to eat after working in Twin Falls we stumbled across Don Juan’s. As we were entering I held the door for a lady and I asked her how is the food here and she said, get the tacos they’re the best! I had two pastor tacos and a fish taco so I guess she was right. The food reminds me of Mexico which i travel to often.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The sign on the door said to seat ourselves, but no one ever came to take our order or even check on us. We ended up waiting for 15 minutes with zero service, while another group that arrived after us was attended to before we were. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, with many stares from staff and other diners, which made us feel unwelcome. Ultimately, we decided to leave without being served. Unfortunately, it was not the dining experience we expected or deserved.

Its a nice place my family and I really enjoy the food. I took my autistic cousin for his birthday once. He then started having a stroke mid bite and dropped to the floor and it caused a scene, for that I apologize to anyone that had to witness this. My sincerest apologies to the owner. After he dropped, we had to alert the owner and he helped us by bringing a water jug and throwing it directly at his face. Then he got back up non-verbally, and a big thank you to the staff for knowing how to take care of their customers.
