The nicest manager I’ve dealt with in quite some time. I had an issue with placing a mobile breakfast order at the last minute this morning that she explained the way the system works and offered to correct immediately. To avoid being a pain and having them run my order post breakfast I respectfully declined. 5 stars!!

First, let me just say this is not the first time this McDonald’s has messed up my order. I ordered a large Chicken nuggets meal just for me to come home and they didn’t give me fries. I paid $15 for the whole meal originally when I ordered the woman didn’t even seem happy to be taking my order. She did not relay my order back to me nor did she give me the price of my meal I Specifically had to ask what the price of my meal was when I came up to the window. McDonald’s is unorganized at night time and aren’t on top of their stuff.

One and done.
I visited on a slow Sunday afternoon and the place was filthy. Order took an extended period of time. I guess all the table numbers were stolen. Very badly run place. Food was overcooked and dried out.
Update: McDonald’s response links to a generic feedback page. No effort being made to address issues.

There has been a vast improvement of the service, speed and accuracy of the orders at this McDonald’s over the past month on the night shift. I’ve been coming here for years and on the night shift it’s normally lousy service. But there has been a great improvement lately. Still haven’t brought back the help yourself soda machines, but that’s an owner problem, maximizing profit.
What ever they have done, keep it up!!!

The morning shift ladies are amazing but I just went through at 1000pm and the staff was rude. The food was cold. Please train the workers to put the fries in the bag the right way, half the fries were dumped out and none were salted.

Upon receiving my delivery the hotcakes were seriously dry, let’s just say no amount of butter and syrup was going to assist in choking down that crap. The three breakfast sandwiches were strewn around in the bag after having escaped from their wrappers. The manager quickly, adamantly and proudly blamed Doordash. I can see that for the unwrapped sandwiches but not for the hotcakes. It’s been 10 years since I had given McDonalds a go for breakfast, now it will be a lifetime

Manager on duty was extremely rude and ignorant. A member of our group received the wrong sauce packet in our meal and we asked for a replacement of the correct sauce. She then yelled across the restaurant about how sauces aren’t free and they cost .50¢ a packet. Proceeded to also yell about how the member who received the wrong sauce needed to come up herself and get it. Terribly unprofessional and won’t be returning to this facility.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They forgot half of my order and then were extremely rude when I went to the door to get the rest of the order I had already paid for. They proceeded to tell me I had to go and wait through the entire drive through again just to receive the items I had already paid for and refused to fulfill the rest of my order otherwise. This is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this at this McDonald’s they’re completely rude and don’t care about the customer whatsoever

I had a great experience ordering at the drive thru, the service was very pleasant, didn’t feel rushed at all, specially since I had to wait for my son to make up his mind on what he wanted to eat, the associate did not seem bothered and was very helpful. Al the food was hot, the fries very fresh, my son loved his happy meal, and we were quickly served, I would absolutely recommend this location

This place can’t seem to get any orders right. Either missing an item or they put cheese on my wife’s burgers (who is allergic to dairy). And 1 time there wasn’t any meat patty.
