If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Flavor perfect for any occasion, whether at home or a night out.

Casual chain serving charred-crust pies, plus wings, subs & Italian plates in a modern setting.

This was the first time I have returned here since 2012, before I ever wrote any Yelp reviews. We received a gift card, and were in the mood to have some pizza delivered. We were a little annoyed that we couldn’t use it online and had to actually go into the restaurant to use it. However, we had our hearts set on pizza that night, so we made the trip. Morgan was our server, and she was terrific. I only remembered from 2012 that their wings were tasty; that is still true today. We ordered Tito’s Italian lemonade, original wings, and Broccoli Rabe and sausage pizza. The wings were excellent, and I wouldn’t mind working our way through all the flavors. The broccoli rabe pizza was very garlicky and delicious. I have my eye on Mike’s hot honey and pepperoni next. Of course, it is a chain, but it’s good, dependable quality and service, especially if it’s still here after 13+ years.

The restaurant was very well decorated and warm and inviting. The staff was very pleasant and helpful as well.

The menu looked amazing. Spent a little over $50 on two 16″ specialty pies. This is the first time I’ve had coal fired pizza. I found the ash from the coals on the crust gave it a bitter taste. The crust wasn’t very crisp and it turned my fingers black. I think if we try the restaurant again, I will skip the pizza. It wasn’t for me.

Stopped in for a Paulie Pie. It did not disappoint. Crust was crispy & long hots added a nice kick! We also had the meatballs appetizer & pasta fagioli appetizer which were delicious. Cassandra was pleasant & prompt with order taking & delivery. Overall a great experience.

I find the food here is always fantastic. As to be expected on busier nights, wait time can increase. Can’t beat the high brow sports / wine bar / bistro combination at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings. Shout Out to the Kitchen Staff!

I ordered from the take out from the desk. Order was fast and efficient, however as I drove from Pike Creek to New Castle, the pizza was not even warm. Perhaps it was me and it was ready faster than I expected. (left and came back after 15 minutes from ordering it)

But it did make the pizza a little less enjoyable. It was very tasty though!

I think I won’t do takeout next time, I’ll just come in!

Me and my wife just had dinner here last night and it was fantastic! The atmosphere in this establishment was very comfortable to say the least. They have plenty of TVs all around so if your looking for a nice spot to eat and have some drinks while watching your favorite team play this place is a great choice. The pizza here is absolutely amazing my wife ordered their shrimp scampi pizza and I ordered their Mike’s hot honey and burrata pizza and they were the hands down the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. I without a doubt recommend trying this gem out for yourself and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

It’s hit or miss here for takeout. They routinely make mistakes on uncomplicated orders (no onions on a sandwich, is that so difficult?), garlic knots have been charred the last 2 times, and the food has never been ready within 10 minutes of the stated pickup time on the website. Have had better luck dining in. The food is not very expensive with gift card specials and other discounts they run on a regular basis, but be aware if you are getting take out. Might just stick to dining in in the future because if it’s not right, I can always send it back right then. Here are photos of the garlic knots on the website and the order we received tonight.

Edit: I should have added that when the food is cooked properly, it is really, really good. Especially the garlic knots, they are amazing.

We came here and ordered a pizza. When we got the pizza and it had no sauce on it at all. Somehow, I am not able to post a picture. The second issue was the man that was doing the cooking of sandwiches, went to open a Mike’s hot honey bottle removing the plastic seal on the bottle with his mouth. I have contacted the restaurant about the experience but never heard back.

First time trying their food. Wings weren’t bad(garlic parm). The Italian sausage sandwich was basically a pizza. The ceasr salad was good too, dressing was up to par. No complaints from the person who ate the spaghetti. Garlic knots(not pictured) were okay but just floating in oil. Our server was non existent. Probably will not go back to try again.
