Made an online order for the football specialty donuts because it’s my son’s birthday. Used points then when I arrived I was told all they had available were the glazed donuts. The two stars are because the manager was very apologetic but did blame the online platform for not selling out the donuts. Was told to come pick them up the next morning and ended up with donuts that looked and tasted awful. Please do better

So I gave it two stars only because the staff was nice to me. I got three donuts the new York Cheesecake, biscoff cookie, and Oreo cookies and cream. All three has almost no filling and the dough was still raw in places. This is the second time this happened. I don’t recommend this location due to the consistent issues with raw dough, however the one on pleasant Hill is not bad.

My daughter wanted to go to Krispy Kreme after her open house at her school. She had gotten a gift card for her birthday and wanted to use it towards her purchase, so we went to this location off of Scenic Hwy. We decided to go inside, since it wasn’t busy at the time that we went. It was very clean inside. There were these little hats placed on the tables that had Krispy Kreme on them, and my son was excited to put the hat on. My daughter ordered a box of donuts, half glazed, half strawberry flavor with sprinkles on it. There was a tall, older gentleman who assisted us with the purchase, but I didn’t get his name. He was very helpful in taking her order and helping her with hee order. The kids were fascinated with being able to watch the donuts being made and see them LIVE as they came down the production belt. To add to great customer service, the gentleman that assisted us with my daughter’s order asked us if we wanted to try one of the donuts, and was nice enough to give us all a donut, HOT off the belt. He made sure we knew where the napkins were, placed my daughter’s box of donuts in a bag, and was very courteous and hospitable. We appreciated the kind gesture and for providing great service. He encouraged the kids to do well in school and get all A’s for the upcoming school year! This shop is located off Scenic Hwy in Lawrenceville. We’ll definitely go back again when the kids want to get all sugared-up or have a sweet treat.

It is 9pm on a Thursday night. There are 12 cars (no exaggeration) in the drive thru line and it’s not moving. The inside is not open at all. Why would they allow you to make an online order if you can’t just pick it up. So now everyone that’s in line is PISSED because they already paid!! There are only TWO employees in the building!!! Only two!!! The line has not moved in the 15min that I have been here. This is unacceptable!! Never Again, believe that!

I really like Krispy Kreme, the franchise, & overall quality/taste of their donuts. However, this particular location rarely ever has the seasonal donuts. I’ve gone morning, afternoon, evening, night, and have never been able to get seasonal donuts. Added, the last dozen that I got, the donuts were not done.

We had such a wonderful experience at this Krispy Kreme! Esther was the one who helped us, and she was absolutely amazing. I asked her to surprise us with doughnuts in the box, and she went above and beyond. You can tell she truly has the kindest heart and genuinely cares about making customers happy.
Her attitude, kindness, and excitement made our visit so special. Thank you, Esther, for giving us such a sweet experience! We will definitely be coming back because of you!

I had an online order that should have been ready at 7:15am. I arrived at 7:11 it took the slow gentleman up front 15 minutes to assist me. There was two people ahead and one she did advise she had a large order however I had a dozen of assorted donuts that was place online. I was very angry that my order wasn’t ready making me late for work and he stated well we have other orders sir mine should’ve been ready at 7:15am. They showed no urgency or sympathy that I was upset couldn’t care less.. I then asked a young lady could I just get a refund and she stated well I have to get my manager and that will take time like literally no one gave a dam!!! I understand y’all have other orders but take care of your customers and let them know what’s going on if there is a delay!!!

The customer service was horrible. The manager Jamel does not handle problems well. The lil girl that was working the window tonight at this time is a bad worker. She doesn’t communicate well and the attitude is crazy bad. The donuts also wasn’t made well. They were misshaped, smaller than I ever had and order was wrong. Even with the hot sign on.

I placed an online order which I will never do again. The dozen of donuts I received were obviously the rejects. They were irregular in size and shape. Some hardly had a hole. The glaze was super thick. I expected better. So disappointed in the product I received. Whether I order a deliver or come to the physical store. I expect quality. If it wasn’t snowing I would return and demand a refund.

I love Krispy Kreme but at this location, I’m so hurt that there is mostly a crossover thing happening when preparing the donuts. Last night my glazed donuts once again had a strawberry or raspberry flavoring taste. May not be an issue for some, and that’s fine, but for me I just couldn’t enjoy them and that sucks when you’re paying $16+ for plain original classic donuts. I didn’t bother to call and complain since most of my family were able to overlook it. Outside of that, I enjoy the customer service for the most part and maybe that’s why I come back but the craving for wanting classic but getting something else? Is giving me the push to switch locations. This review is strictly to help them become more aware that whatever is happening is becoming more noticeable because in the beginning, it wasn’t this high of a notice to me (aka I was willing to deal with it).
