This place was new, like all the other buildings next to it, but it needs a little more upkeep. I believe the business needs better management, the floors are so sticky. The tables need cleaning, we went at a time where it was not busy at all just 1 person was eating, and one table was dirty. We arrived and took a while to walk in but no one walked out so the table was dirty for a while. The waiter was new, he was friendly but was not attentive to our table, especially being 2 tables in the establishment. He took our order, it was made right, he just never came back to ask if we are ok, or tried to make it seem like he was there. I understand if it was busy he wouldn’t have been able to but it was not busy, no phones went off, he could ave least cleaned the tables or menus because our menu had a hair and another one had sticky stuff on it. It’s bad that the restaurant is new and already they are not taking care of it. The food was good, bacan was kinda burnt but it wasnt too bad.

I want to recognize Charlie who truly went above and beyond during our visit.
Our server had not greeted us for quite a while after we were seated. Before we even had to say anything, Charlie noticed and stopped by our table to sincerely apologize for the wait. He kindly asked what we’d like to drink, brought our beverages promptly, and reassured us that our server would be with us soon. He did all of this even though our table was not his responsibility.
Unfortunately, we continued to wait a long time before being greeted, and even longer before our order was taken. When our food arrived, it wasn’t great, and no one came back to check on us or see if we needed anything. But Charlie did. He made sure we were okay and showed more care and attentiveness than anyone else we interacted with that day.
I even asked if there was a way to tip him electronically because I was so impressed by his kindness and initiative, but he declined and said he just wanted to make sure we were taken care of, which says everything about his character.
Charlie showed genuine hospitality, awareness, and compassion without being asked and without expecting anything in return. That kind of work ethic is rare, and it made a lasting impression on us. He is exactly the kind of person every restaurant should be proud to have on their team.
Thank you, Charlie, for turning a frustrating experience into one worth remembering.

I recently visited this IHOP and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After being seated, our waitress took our order but never returned to our table. We weren’t served water, didn’t receive any updates, and after waiting about 20 minutes with no service, we decided to leave.
I understand that restaurants can get busy, but completely neglecting a table without communication is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers receive better service.

Laurinda was very sweet and helpful! What a wonderful way to start my morning. She is such a bundle of joy! I’m in college in Cali and get iHop all the time there, but I wanted to have it one time home in Texas before I went back. Her attitude made the pancakes taste so much sweeter ☺️
