I ordered a double SmokeShack, a chicken sandwich, and 6 pieces of chicken bites. The burger was good as usual. However, the chicken items were dry. The chicken bites were soft but very dry inside. The chicken in my sandwich was even worse, it was not only dry, but also VERY SALTY! I also don’t understand why I still have to wait even though I preordered online. That’s very annoying.

I was here today for lunch and the restaurant is big there were kiosks to order from so I ordered from there… I got the double shack burger with a side of fries and a 6 piece chicken bites… the food took less than 10 minutes and it was delicious… the workers there’s are very nice and helpful… I will definitely come back here soon!!!

Been going here occasionally and it was decent at first, but lately the burgers have been much thinner and overcooked. Not to mention it looks like the grill isn’t getting cleaned because my past 2 burgers had lots of gunk and oil on them (much more than expected for a burger). I had to cut off pieces that were hard and pure burnt oil

I did not receive one of the burgers I ordered. The total order was around $16, but they only refunded about $5, which is far less than the price of the missing item. In addition, all the food arrived cold. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be ordering from this place again.

I stopped by Shake Shack Harlem recently and had a pretty solid experience overall. The location is super convenient, right on 125th Street, and it’s always buzzing with energy—which makes it feel like a true Harlem hotspot.

The food was really good. I got a ShackBurger and some crinkle-cut fries, and everything was fresh and tasty. The milkshake I had was thick, creamy, and hit the spot perfectly. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality, and it’s exactly what you’d expect from Shake Shack.

The service was friendly, though a little slow since it was busy when I went. The staff seemed nice and willing to help, but with the crowd, it took a bit longer than I expected to get my order. The dining area is decent, though I did notice it could be cleaner in spots—it’s not bad, just nothing remarkable either.

Overall, Shake Shack Harlem is a solid choice if you’re looking for a quick, tasty meal in a lively part of the city. I’d give it 4 stars because of the slight wait and the minor cleanliness issues, but the food and vibe make it worth it.

Good was good. Cashier seemed annoyed that we did not use the kiosks to order since she was busy flirting with some other guests. The table was disgusting but we were able to get a wipey from one of the employees to clean it.

Located in the heart of Harlem, Shake Shack Harlem offers a tantalizing array of burgers and classic American fare. While the burger itself was undoubtedly delicious, our experience was somewhat dampened by the less-than-friendly demeanor of the staff.

we were met with a lukewarm reception from the staff. While they took our orders, there was a noticeable lack of warmth or enthusiasm in their interactions, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

We were looking around Columbia campus when we stopped here for lunch. It is so tasty! I loved their burgers and the Shack-cago dog. My husband thought the burgers were a little small but I liked them. I order the black and white malt shake. It was so creamy at this location but I ordered it again at the airport location and it was less creamy and more icy. My husband got the root beer float and loved it.

No complaints here!

This restaurant is kept very tidy and orders are quick, accurate, and tasty.

A group of 7 of us placed orders ahead on the app and the food was ready within 10 minutes!

The burgers are incredible as always. So juicy and flavorful. Make sure you get a side of that Shack sauce.

The shroom burger is so good. It’s the best fried mushroom you will have, and the inside is stuffed with melty cheese.

The fries are easily some of the best. The fries are double fried which gives a really coarse and crunchy exterior while being incredibly soft on the inside. I personally use that side of extra Shack sauce with the fries!

I paid almost $2 extra for avocado on my ShackBurger, but I only got two tiny slices of avocado and a very small tomato. This is unacceptable. Can you explain why this happened?
