Parking lot packed. Order not filled properly. It was supposed to be double orange chicken. Also the young lady at the door needs to be taught a lesson in customer service.

It was awesome, they had a great portions. I had a long day on the road I’m a truck driver. I was worried they only had drive-thru like most places to but they had to order at the front door. I was so happy.

I placed an order through the APP at about noon for curbside to pick up at 4:45 pm. Not sure why curbside is available if I still need to knock on the door & stand outside to wait. My food was old & burnt. Like it had been sitting there for a while. It was not good at all & barely eatable. Not sure if next time I order, I place it closer to the time I pick up to avoid food sitting. I’ll would stick to a different location.

It was crazy packed. The food good comfort food. I was going to go through the drive through but couldn’t even get into the line. I got stuck in the parking lot taking up 3 parking spaces horizontally. Finally just ordered on line got off my car and picked up my order. They were very quick and nice. Even the people in the line were very considerate.

Ordered my food thorough the app to avoid the wait as much as possible. Got to the restaurant 45 minutes later to find out my order was not ready and still had to wait another 20 minutes. I get it, it’s a busy day but that’s why we order ahead! So they can have those orders out of the way and work on the walk ins. Very disappointing!!!
