The food was served hot and fresh. We also spent less than 10 minutes in the drive through from start to finish. Annnnd the young lady who handed us our order not only greeted us, but thanked us for coming to Burger King with the most genuine smile. 5 ⭐’s from me.

Tried the seasonal Jack O’lanter burger and Vampire nuggets. Great treats! The service was fast, professional and the order was correct. Staff was happy to serve with a smile and made the experience memorable.

Horrible Burger King. Such a racist environment. The lady who was cashier and seemed to be manager was extremely rude. She was a african american woman and when we showed up there was alot of African Americans in the restaurant. I and my friend were the only light colored people. We ordered before others and somehow every other person got their food before us even though we ordered first. I felt racially discriminated as she kept seeing I was waiting on my food and she kept looking at me and completely ignoring me while serving other customers that matched her skin tone. Then she “apologized” after I told another worker about waiting on my food for 20 minutes. There were two cups on the counter and she asked if they were mine. I said no and she said “Well now they are”. I thought she was being nice then as I took them I saw they were dirty inside with soda residue. I will not be coming back.

The young lady is retiring at the end of this week. She greeted us with a smile and gave great customer service. It was a very pleasant visit.

Good service But if you’re going to have employees working with food their finger nails need to be cleaned! It’s 10/25/2025 @ 11:30 am and I just went through the drive thru and the guy was handing me my stuff. It his fingernails was DIRTY!! I’m just glad he was handing me the bag and not making the food! PLEASE CORRECT THIS! Make employees wash their hands and clean their fingernails please.

The Cashier who looks like the manager argued with me about the price change. Was very rude and dismissive then wouldn’t honor the $5 Meal as seen on the menu board. This is the pathetic whopper Jr I just received. As well as nasty looking cheese tots instead of my nuggets. When I approached the counter the cashier/manager was on the phone with someone complaining about me. Mind you she messed up 2 of the 3 orders she took before me. There is a more professional way to handle things. I have lost my appetite, my mood has changed and I wasted $6.80 of my money and my time.

Food is always fresh and hot! I’ve gotten both fries and onion rings and they were always crispy and just pulled out the fryer. Grease always tastes clean never bitter like some fast food chains. Also has friendly staff (I’ve only been through the drive thru). I’ve also gotten their breakfast, and my comments remain the same!

I’ve given this place multiple chances at different times. The cashiers and other employees there are absolutely awful and rude beyond belief. We left this location and went to the one on Armistead and had absolutely no problems.
