⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for BRAVO! Cucina Italiana

I had an excellent dining experience at BRAVO! Cucina Italiana. The service was fast, prompt, and consistently attentive. Shianne did an outstanding job—she checked in on me throughout my visit, multitasked effortlessly, and made sure everything was exactly to my liking.

I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and added meatballs, and Shianne was ready with the Parmesan, loading the plate generously just the way I prefer. She even took the time to decorate my dessert herself, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the meal.

Great job, great service. I will definitely be coming back again.

We gathered for a rehersal wedding brunch. They didn’t seem like they had it all together. We were the first ones there, and they were confused, but then realized we were there for an event.
We had options chosen for us to order. Three choices: Eggs Benedict with crispy potatoes; Mini Waffles with Mascapone and Strawberries; and a Salmon Salad with Asperagus and crispy thin potatoes. They asked us to order the eggs benedict first so the kitchen could get a head start on cooking the eggs.
They brought out bread first, and had olive oil and seasonings on the tables, along with waters. We ordered drinks. They brought out a platter of fruit.
Drinks were slow to be refilled. Bread was delicious. The salmon salad was very good. the eggs were overcooked (more like a boiled egg), and English muffin was so tough they couldn’t cut through them. Potatoes were good. The mini waffles were cute, but seemed very simple. The staff was just okay. Not sure what the cost of food or restaurant was.

A good restaurant if you want a good sit down meal and not fast food junk. They make some great dishes here. Worth going to in this area, compared to the choices in the area.

We had a reservation for 4:30, arrive at around 4:20. Was told by the hostess that we’d need to be seated closer to our reservation time. That’s the last time she spoke to us. 20 minutes went by and we still had not been seated. The place was pretty empty, so we just left and went to Monte Cello’s. We were seated immediately when we got to MC. I don’t know what happened to Bravo, every Bravo I’ve been to has been great, but I won’t be going back to the Cranberry location. They should find a hostess that has at least an ounce of personality and/or communications skills. The girl working tonight cost Bravo money today. Money I’ll gladly give to Monte Cello’s.

The food here was a little disappointing for the kind of restaurant it is. Everyone else in my party seemed to enjoy the food which was good but I suppose I got the short end of the stick. I got the shrimp scampi and it was oddly acidic??? I think they added way too much lemon to the dish and it came out sour which made it hard to finish. It also came with over toasted stale bread. My drink was also unbalanced, I got a peach Arnold Palmer and it came out more like a peach lemonade, there wasn’t enough tea and the tea wasn’t dark enough to be able to balance it out. My dad said that his food was also fairly lemony. ALSO, the marinara sauce we had with the mozzarella ravioli was weirdly runny. In spite of my luck with the food, The service was amazing and our server was very polite and considerate of us. I really appreciated her service. The atmosphere was very calming, It matched the style of food very well.

Morgan M. was our server. The food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive. The only thing I was not happy with with finding out the staff hands out crayons to kids to keep them occupied. I would’ve liked to have some crayons to color lol.

Bread was too overly spiced with a regano or something in the dippy sauce was very strange for the bread. Was very disappointed especially because of the price of the menu items Compared to the quality that the food actually was. I am sorry now to rate Bravo in the same level that Olive Garden is which is very subpar for Italian food. Everything is a la carte including salads. You add all that together a couple could easily spend a $100 for dinner and Bravo is absolutely not in that realm.

I would give this a 4.5 star experience. There were only a couple of cons. We had called and made a reservation, but when we arrived, they couldn’t find it for some reason. Not sure if online works. However, they had us wait less than 10 minutes so it wasn’t an issue since it wasn’t completely packed at the time. Out of 4 drinks we ordered, only one was decent, which was the strawberry basil one. The passionfruit limoncello lemonada just tasted like basic lemonade and was actually a bit too tart. The margherita pizza was a little bland but was otherwise acceptable.

The service was beyond incredible. Our waitress was super friendly and bubbly, and she said it was only her second day on the job there. The spinach and artichoke dip came with what looked like pizza/flatbread pieces toasted or something in garlic, and that was really a highlight of the meal. The crispy shrimp napoli was really good too, though it wasn’t really that crispy. The agua fresca salmon was very fresh and delicious. The chicken caprese was flavorful and nicely cooked. The fra diavolo with shrimp was good as well and actually had a bit of nice spiciness to it. All the desserts were delicious – caramel marscapone cheesecake, tiramisu, and warm chocolate cake.

Overall, this was a pleasant and satisfying dinner. I would definitely come back.

The waitress was wonderful but the spaghetti and meatballs portion was very small. The meatballs and Romano Crusted chicken were overcooked. The chicken was paper thin! The ultimate margaritas was in a tiny rocks glass overflowing with ice. First and last time I’ll go to Bravos. Olive Garden is so much better!!

Although the food was fantastic, the service was less than expected, and I would not expect to be seated in a booth with a huge rip and hole in it considering the prices they are charging. A huge rip and hole, that I may add, had obviously been there for quite some time since it was taped, and the tape was so worn that it wasn’t even covering the entire hole any longer. I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it either, regardless of how good the food was.
