I went inside and ordered the rice bowl no beans with no bites. This was THE WORST rice bowl I’ve ever had and I’ve ordered them A LOT! After placing my order inside it took them 10 minutes to even LOOK at my order to start fixing it in the back. They only care about the drive through customers so don’t go inside or you’ll wait forever! The 1st order I got was warm at best and it did not have the right amount of chicken that I know it shld’ve. Then my 2nd order was the same the chicken was discolored in several places which tells me the chicken not fresh like I asked it to be & I was not given the right amount of rice either. The manager just rushes and only cares about the drive through orders. They took my entire break so when I got my 2nd bad order I took it because I have to eat with the meds I take and I was already late going back to work. But I feel so cheated and I want my money back! The pictures show the little bit of food I was given and my cheese didn’t even melt .

With the rising cases of poor Customer Service, I had to do a review of this fast food restaurant. Last Friday I went to get a steak biscuit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The CUSTOMER SERVICE was on point! My food was fresh! And I know that it may not seem like a big deal, but because service is so bad often times at fast food restaurants I was inclined to post a positive review. Again, the service and the quality of my food were both great in the same visit. It was nice to have a positive experience for change.

Service was ok at the drive-thru. The biscuit was soft and hot. However, after having to wait for my 2 wings. They weren’t properly cooked. Chicken was not done throughout. It was cooked to a golden crisp on the outside, but the inside was pink, and the meat was obviously not cooked all the way.

I wish I could give a zero stars! The manager was talking to a guy in the corner and the two young female workers are lazy! Waited 20 min for food they never cooked! The place is also nasty…beware!!!

They are robbing their customers. I ordered a 3 piece combo meal which clearly states that it includes fries and drink. Then they charged me for fries. When I showed them my receipt and said thay a combo includes fries, the girl wanted to argue with me that I am wrong and that ALL bojangles do this. I know this is wrong because I previously have ordered and fries were always included. This is stealing from the customers.

This morning was the second day I went to this Bojangles, regardless of the reviews because the first day I went, they gave me a fresh chicken biscuit and egg sandwich And it was good. I went this morning And they gave me this in the picture shows the middle portion of the sandwich not done. I’m pregnant if I would have ate that I would’ve ended up in the hospital.
I’m calling the health department tomorrow because I still ended up throwing up and having the runs! DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!!

This is the second time I’ve ordered early in the morning and was just NOT satisfied. The lady with the purple turban on does not need to be the a.m. person. My cheese biscuit was cold seems like the egg had been sitting a while and the cheese wasn’t melted on the biscuit, as I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit combo. The chz grits were hot and fresh but that’s it. I asked for strawberry jelly and she said she put everything in the bag because she wasn’t coming back to the window, well it wasn’t in the bag, I ate my sandwich and started feeling nauseous and what do ya know ended up upchucking all of the food back up so today was my last time eating at this location. SMH I had to give 1 star to post

I tried the Cajun Chicken Biscuit meal. The tator tots were big and there were only 4 but they weren’t tasty. The chicken had heat to it but it wasn’t good as a breakfast meat. The Bo Berry biscuits were the only enjoyable thing as they were warm, soft, fluffy, and delicious. Customer service was good even though they tried to make me come inside to get my online order, which made no sense being as how I was already in the drive thru.

Ordered a simple 8 piece and Biscuit. No extras! I expected at least 2 pieces of each piece. Instead i get 3 breast and the rest legs only. Then i discovered hair on the chicken and in the box! I feel like this was a throw away box that was left and the girl grabbed it. The grease chicken was so old it was coming through the box. Can’t even get Chicken orders right and that’s all they do is Chicken all day
