I must say, this Taco Bell experience was definitely the best I’ve ever had in the continental United States! The staff were incredibly generous and kind. They even gave me and my friends free Taco vouchers for the food taking longer than expected. I had ordered $54 worth of food, which amounted to 22 items, and I didn’t even ask for anything. I wasn’t upset. This was the greatest service I’ve ever received at a Taco Bell. Thank you so much, guys. God bless you, Merry Christmas, and a happy New Year!

Stopped by for a quick grab and go dinner but when we asked for water they said they had to charge $1.07. I asked why and was told they have to charge for the cup. Really?!!
The guy did say it was “happy hour” so any drink was $1 so that was OK…but if he would not have told us I would have never known.

I expected my order to be correct down to the iconic hot sauces. I will never trust the drive thru guy again got napkins, but no sauce. You asked me at the speakerbox if I wanted sauce. Pull through to the end, man!

Ordered around midnight 2/21 drive thru, I get to the window and try to add something else to my order, they said its against “policy” just for them to make us drive around the drive thru to add to my order. Then they forgot one of my items. The snarky tone is really what it was unfortunately. Kindness is literally free..

Daytime staff is good, especially the girl with a lot of piercings she’s very efficient and kind everytime. Nighttime staff is different, I went to the drive thru tonight for an uber pick up because that’s how it is for most locations and the guy told me to park and go to the mobile window (which I did kindly) just for the same exact guy to come up and ask me what order (so literally what was the point) and then go do other stuff and ignore me. One of the cooks ended up coming up to the window later and asking me what order it was and immediately grabbed it and handed it to me (it was literally ready lol). It had been several minutes, it’s cold, it was midnight and dark out, and I’m a girl so on top of it being irritating it’s a safety concern. Good service from the cook, awful from the drive thru guy

I could have swore I did a Yelp review for this location a long time ago , but it’s not showing up . Anyway , I went here the other day because they brought back the Bacon Club Chalupa , yeah . It’s one of my favorites . I also got a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito with Seasoned Beef added . This location was remodeled a few years ago and is usually pretty clean in the lobby . I’ve never really had any bad experiences here and my drive thru orders have been correct .
My usual go to is a Soft Taco Supreme and a Chicken Quesadilla . I tried the Enchirito that everyone was excited about coming back last year and wasn’t impressed . I did like the Chicken Wings they had for a limited time , but they were to expensive for just 5 wings . I only gave 3 Stars since it’s Taco Bell and it’s nothing special , but consistent .

We counted our money 3 times 1 time at home my fiance counted it in the car and before I handed it to the night cashier Felix E it was 22$ in cash and the rest on card it totaled to 24.67$ I checked my receipt and it was missing a dollar in cash we confronted him about it and he said I counted 21$ and he was rude about it
