I honestly anticipated just another predictable chain restaurant—something along the lines of Texas Roadhouse, Cheddar’s, or a standard steakhouse grill. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by how much this place exceeded expectations. We stumbled upon it by chance for our 10th wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be the perfect choice.
The atmosphere is genuinely elegant and sophisticated, elevated by a stunning view that added a special touch to the evening. One of my favorite places in town. Food is great, staff is friendly and well educated on the menu. Food arrival is well timed so you are not having to shift a salad plate to the side when your entree arrives before you are finished. The bar is well stocked and drinks are delicious.

Delicious food!!! Loved the vibe at this place and both my servers had great attitudes, taking the time to point out their favorites on the menu! Large portions for a great price! Bar onsite and inside and outside dining. They even had a live band outside! You can see them prepare your food! Highly recommend!

If taste buds could write love songs, the Red Rock Canyon Grill would have an entire Grammy-winning album by now. The food here is so good it made me question every life choice that led to me not eating here sooner. Each bite felt like a culinary hug from someone who really knows their way around butter and seasoning. Didn’t have any drinks because we’re sober, but who needs alcohol when your mouth is throwing a flavor fiesta and your taste buds are doing the Macarena? The scenery outside looked like it was hand-painted by Bob Ross on his best day—serene, gorgeous, and just smug enough to remind you you’re not that photogenic. If heaven has a restaurant, it’s probably run by whoever’s in that kitchen.

We started with the Dip Duo (both dips were super flavorful and fresh), followed by the Redrock Salad and Roasted Chicken, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The apple crisp for dessert was the perfect sweet ending – warm, comforting, and topped with just the right amount of ice cream. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Came with a large party on a weeknight. Staff was very friendly, just lacked on service a bit (forgot my beer order and waited a while for the whole table to receive their meals). I got the rotisserie chicken with sausage. The sausage was very mushy on the inside and the chicken was tiny. Most people got the ribeye and everyone enjoyed their steak. If I ever return, I now know to just get the ribeye.

Is very good! Salmon had a lot of bones in it, but chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes were very good. Shrimp cocktail tasted very fresh. The cornbread is amazing!
