Great service! The food is tasty with many choices and everything is reasonably priced. I ate too much and I never do that! The dining room is nice and quiet. The bar area is huge. I’m looking forward to returning to try something new. I had the carbonara spaghetti with mushrooms and it was so yummy! My Mum had the seafood Alfredo and it was the winner between our dishes. Both were really yummy! Mum and I shared the tiramisu and it blew me away! Excellent! I’d go back just for the tiramisu.

I went to try their famous Crab Pizza!
In my opinion (and my palate), the pizza was a little salty. You can definitely taste the crab, though it’s combined with cheese, so the flavor is a bit subtle. I’d give the pizza a 7/10.
I also tried the tuna salad, which was delicious. They have a diverse dessert menu, too.
Overall, I’d rate the restaurant 4/5. I personally prefer restaurants that focus on healthier menus, so while this place might not fully align with that, I still enjoyed the unique twist they offer.

Ever since Ponzettis closed my wife and I have been searching for good pizza and Italian food. We had tried a few places, though unmentioned were not satisfying. My wife heard about Caesar’s Pizza Palace from a coworker, so we figured we would take the 20 minute ride to Princess Anne and give it a whirl. We walked in and were greeted immediately and were seated just as fast. My wife was craving pizza so we ordered a large plain , half meat lovers. The pizza was phenomenal. We ate all but one piece. They have several choices for dessert. We chose the chocolate cake and shared it. It was moist and delicious. We were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it and we look forward to going back and trying one of their many dishes

Caesar’s is one of our favorite spots to go when we don’t feel like cooking. Chesapeake grilled cheese on rye (pictured) is my usual go to. It’s really more of a fresh crab cake BLT where all the flavors come together perfectly. Seafood Alfredo Supreme (also pictured) is full of fresh shrimp, melt-in-your-mouth scallops, and generous lumps of crab meat.
Their pizza is also really great!
Our food always comes to the table fresh and hot. The staff works hard and is usually on top of everything, with few exceptions in the many times we’ve been. Definitely recommend!

I’ve dined here several times and was really impressed with how fast the service was. Even when the restaurant was busy, my order came out quickly, and I never had to wait long. I had a large order, but everything was served at the same time — which was impressive!
The pizza was excellent! I’m very picky about pizza, but this place truly surprised me with its quality. The tomato sauce they use in many of their dishes is incredible! If you’re new in town and want to have a quality meal, this is the place to go.

Caesars Pizza Palace is a good spot to eat in Princess Anne, MD. Ceasar’s is one of the only (maybe the only) full service restaurant diners that is open on Monday and Tuesday. There is a fairly large menu with plenty of options (Italian and beyond). I went with the crab cake and loved it; good flavor, minimal to no filler, and it was also inexpensive compared to other places more inland. The gyro was decent as well. I liked the atmosphere and the mural wall with Italian imagery of the days of old. You pay up front at the register, in typical diner style. If I’m here again on a Monday or Tuesday, this is definitely my spot. On other days of the week, I will likely try the other spots in town. Also, there’s a Dunkin Donuts 100 feet away, across the parking lot.

Good looking pizza and Cantonese. Pass on the burgers, the bread must’ve been frozen before, because it just falls apart. It’s a good sweet-ish marinara, which is great for the stuffed shells, in my opinion.

I will start by saying I love their pizza but our most recent visit was beyond disappointing. Not only did the cheese fries consists of globs of cold cheese and pieces of hard crusted cheese but also topped off with a hair. I don’t know who would allow something like this leave their kitchen but someone apparently felt it was acceptable. I ordered chicken and dumplings and the only chicken to be seen was a few shreds that appeared as if it were the bottom of the pan. Flavor was good but no real chicken to be found. They did give a $4 discount but I’d much rather had what I ordered instead or simply told sold out. The waitresses seem mad at the world and just overall a very depressing atmosphere. I was hoping for the opportunity to speak to a mgr just to give them some feedback to help them improve but not even so much as one in site or even a “how was everything” at checkout. Really feel like this place could have alot more potential with the right management, staffing and service.

I got the white pizza and my boyfriend got the crab pizza. They were both amazing! Our waitress was so nice and even gave us sodas to go without us asking for them! The decor was very cute as well!
