Brookers is the best ice cream in Utah. It’s borderline crack! So creamy and the selection of flavors is vast. Everything I’ve tried is simply amazing.
Also had a fantastic experience with Zach who served us. He was incredibly nice. Knew so much about the different selections. Explained the Liberty Bell challenge to us. Awesome guy…..and experience you have ant any business means everything. Go Zach! Go Brookers!

Absolutely LOVE Brookers! Their flavors are unique and delicious without being weird, like lavender or basil ice cream. The ice cream is gourmet without being stuffy. The ingredients are top notch! On this visit we tried Abigail Adams Salted Crack Cookie Advice—it was awesome! I’m not going to tell you what’s in it, you’ll have to come try it yourself.

We cannot give enough positive reviews for the Brooker’s ice cream franchise and I really hope they come to my city! All 9 of us got different flavors and sampled many more and they were ALL amazing!!! SO creamy and delicious! It’s more than going for ice cream, it’s an experience from the rich, creamy yumminess to the ambiance of the place—to the photo backdrop, to the water barrel, to the “privy” signs! 🙂 the employees are in period clothing and so friendly!!!
