I never write reviews but I’m so pissed rn. Ordered a McCrispy meal. Everything was right with the order thought nothing of it. Went to take a bite of my sandwhich and it’s straight fat. Unable to even eat. I tried all sides of the sandwhich and the whole thing is just a big piece of cartilage. I would go back and talk to someone but I’m already on the road. This place sucks don’t waste your time and money.

Im writing this because I did a online order a hour ago.. I tried my hardest not to write a bad review but its always something with this McDonald’s. This is the worst McDonald’s I ever been too Unprofessional. I try to give them a chance multiple times because its convenient right by my house. They have employees that dont care, nomatter if its the drive thru or going inside its a wait. They have attitudes like they hate there job. Dont order online because your still waiting for your food. I came on a Saturday night going thru the drive thru older cat told me to come inside to order because they didnt have enough employees working that night. Who says that to your customer??? Or there’s times ill wait at the drive thru Just waiting no greeting no nothing I’ll just pull off…They need to renew there hiring process and hire new people.

Whoever is the owner fire the night shift crew. way too slow for a fast food restaurant . Manager crashed out on customers because they spoke up about the employees not helping them just making them wait and if the order is finished they dont even come up to hand it to you they just ignore you till they have the time to come up by then the food is already cold. And the fact that the manager still kept complaining to the customers about how she dont got the time to come up and help or say something to the customers so unprofessional. And I’ve had multiple incidents where I have only gotten bread and a slice of cheese in my supposedly double cheeseburger and another time they forgot the meat they remade it and still was missing a patty and then on top of that they took it back added the 2nd patty and the bread was cold and hard and the patty cold and dry like its ridiculous how many other reviews have mention that they have received only bread and cheese whoever is making those sandwiches needs to get fired
And Ive worked in stressful situations in the kitchen but they work like they have all the time in the world for just 1 double quarter pounder no meal it took them more than 20 mins to get to me and it was already cold by the time I got it. if it was that bad I’ll rather walk in there and make my own damn food and help them out and show them how to actually SMH

Went to the 2603 Sam Wilson Rd. location at 3:11 pm. on 1/19/26. I went through the drive through. The speaker was low, so I said hello twice when I was greated by an agitated “may I help you!!!” So I placed my order. When I got to the window, I said to the young man “mabey the speaker was low, because I could hardly hear you.” He then said ” I’m not feeling well, so I’m not going to yell into the microphone “. Enough said, I didn’t respond. I just took my soda from him and pulled up to the next window. Why was he telling me he didn’t feel well? That was info for his boss..I can’t give him the day off!!!

Horrible service every single time. SLOW , and won’t listen to your demands or any “extras” asked for extra onions and instead got a burger with NO meat and no onions. JUST PICKLE AND KETCHUP! Fire everyone and retry again please like seriously it’s a truck stop you want actual good service and friendly faces instead of yelling and being rude to you and giving you a burger with no meat

The worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to, the young guy working the register on Nov 5th, 11:23pm needs to work on his attitude. I walked up to the counter to place order and he wants to act and talk to me like he’s doing me a favor by taking my order. I asked if he’s OK and looked the other way instead of responding……I walked right out without placing my order and got food somewhere else. Never in my life did I ever have a problem at any McDonald’s but this place needs to have the management train the employees, that interact with customers to be a bit more professional.

Very efficient. Both drive thru lines move quickly. Even with a full line and full parking lot I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my order. These folks really know how to run a gas station burger joint.
