This Location is hit or miss, I typically don’t have issues and most of the serving stuff is nice. But tonight was ridiculous. I’m not sure if they just got a new manager or what. The server and the manager were extremely rude. The server charged me for bottomless fires even though we got a burger and two kids meals, all qualifying for free bottomless fries as a side. When I brought it up to the manager initially, he was nice about taking the charge off my bill. Then he came back and said the server explained to me that she had to bring multiple baskets of fries so she charged me for them. I never asked for multiple baskets of fries, just bottomless. And she never told me anything of the sort. She lied to save herself. When I asked the manager why we were charged for bottomless fries when we got qualifying meals, he walked away when I was mid sentence. I’m literally so confused. I’ve never had issues with this problem, we’ve always had bottomless fries and never been charged for them. Either Red Robin is cracking down on their free fries, or there’s new policies in place that I am not aware of? Either way I didn’t deserve a rude manager and server. I probably won’t be frequenting this location anymore.

This is a favorite of my grandchildren. They love this place. The food is good. Bottomless sides and the portions make this a really good value to take the family out to dinner. The service is good. The place was busy and they seem to be short staffed. They were hustling to provide enough table coverage.

Would not recommend coming here ever again. We’ve been coming here since they opened. Pre covid the place was clean, great staff, miss you Johnny. Since then, the food and service have been going downhill and is inconsistent. My wife has received undercooked turkey burgers that where gooey raw in the middle.
The new chips and queso is also hit or miss, sometimes the chips are stale, which is odd , they said they make them there, other times i only get half the queso in the bowl, compared to other times. Crispy fries are often soft, well-done burgers are often bloody pink in the middle, no way, even if you use a temp gun. In the past, we’ve been seated by the yummy sign to the left of the restrooms, where on two occasions, there were roachs. This evening, it took several minutes just to get greeted, and that’s only because the bar tender saw us and went to the group talking by the kitchen and got someone for us. The place wasn’t crowded, so this is unacceptable. Once we got seated, we took about 10 more minutes before the waitress greeted us. We were about to walk out because we didn’t want to interrupt the group chating again or make a scene in front of the other 3 tables in the restaurant.
The place was filthy, which with so many people standing around, didn’t look good either. But to top it off, there were ants all over our booth. My wife noticed them, and we said something to our young waitress who was nice and will remain unnamed, so the manager doesn’t retaliate. She said other people noticed them too, and she said the manager was told and shown them 2 weeks earlier.
So the ants have been there for at least that long. I know we don’t have a lot of choices here now, especially after school, or to take your team to, etc. and that’s very unfortunate. The food, service, and condition of the restaurant doesn’t match the raised prices they now command. The waitress said a manager was on duty, to have the restaurant looking like that with 5 people standing around, would be embarrassing to me, as I manage dozens of people myself. I think yard houses, bjs, or lazy dog would be much better options for the same price. If I were a franchisee or the main manager, I would have to have a talk with the manager on duty at this location. I get we all get in a hurry and there’s not alot of quick choices really close, but I really feel like the last few times weve been there, we got robbed, and have regrets, as we feel we’re taken for granted.

I had a fantastic experience at Red Robin in Lincoln! The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor — exactly what you hope for when you’re craving a great burger and bottomless fries.

A huge thank you to Todd, the kitchen manager, for going above and beyond. You can really tell he cares about both the quality of the food and the customer experience. Everything was prepared perfectly, and his attention to detail made the meal outstanding.

It’s not every day that you see that level of pride and professionalism in a busy kitchen, and it truly made a difference. Because of Todd and the team, this Red Robin location will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I’m in town.

I don’t know if it’s just us, but we have been to this Red Robin location 3 times and every single time the service is so slow. The first time it was busy; the second time it wasn’t. Our food took 30-45 minutes. This time we did take out during a fundraiser for my son’s school. I know it’s busy but I ordered at 5:36 PM and the ETA for the food was 5:51 PM. I knew that was unrealistic, but we don’t like cold food so my husband headed over and was there on time. He told them my name when he got there. 15 minutes later he checked in again, and 2 more times after that. Almost exactly one hour after placing the order he was told “the kitchen is going to make it right now”. So he ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the restaurant (1 hour after placing). We also didn’t get the drinks or sauces besides one single ranch.

This has got to be one of the best red robins that I’ve ever been to. I came in here for lunch place was nice and clean The service was great my food came out Is very fast everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a great service thank you for grapefruit we’ll definitely be back will definitely come back to Red Robin. I’ve had a bad experience at 1 location in Elk Grove and I said I was done whit Red Robin but you guys just won me back over I just won’t go to the one in Elk Grove that is right by my house I will have to come to this one from now on

Looks like private equity is ruining another good restaurant chain. Used to be big juicy burgers, now it’s a sad, small, terrible looking thing for 18 bucks. Yes, the brown stuff was supposedly fresh avocado.
All you can eat fries? Sure if you wanna wait 20 minutes for them to bring one basket with 14 fries (yes we counted) for a table of 4. The server was nice, but that doesn’t make up for the terrible food.
And no Red Robin, I’m not going to email or call to discuss it. I mean c’mon, you know…

There was people waiting to be seated, I think there were 4 couples we went to sit at the bar but they hadn’t cleaned up from the last people so we just sat at one of the 4 or 5 empty 4 seat tables

My experience here today was great I was greeted when entering, the burger was cooked just right perfect temp just as I wanted, Fries with the Campfire Sauce delicious, my servers (Sliva and Sydney and 1 other didn’t catch her name) were very nice and quick to assist me with my order and refills and reorders of fries Yum!
