Denise the Bartender has been an absolute charm. She’s been so accommodating and fun. She was a great way to start off our trip (waiting for check-in) – she’s so polite, efficient and suggested many menu items that I tried. She’s been quick with the drinks and is on top of things. She also charged my phone which was just something extra that helped steer my day the right direction. The food she suggested hit the spot and I’m so glad to have stopped in! Will be back!

Food was excellent. Jessica our service was even better!! The restaurant is very clean. Great aesthetic. THE ONLY thing that was bad, we literally just stopped in for a quick bite and a drink and the draft beers were out of order and they had no bottles only cans. I’d definitely visit again. I had the “Totchos” nachos but with tater tots add steak. It was incredible. My cousin had a quesadilla and chips and some sort of cheese dip I didn’t get the name unfortunately. I tried the chips with dip and it was amazing!! It’s conveniently located in the resort (Westgate Lakes on Turkey Lake Rd) very happy with this visit other than the draft beers being out of order which is part of the reason for the stop. Great job Jessica!!

Denise is a very hospitable team member and took great care of us. We ordered the Korean Sticky Ribs, LuLu’s Asian Wings, and fries (very crispy) from her recommendation and each item was as good as she said it was. Great service!

I just came to eat here. Ive had numerous disappointments while visiting the resort…until I was served by Denise. She was extremely friendly, gave awesome recommendations and she is the reason I would try this place again. I had a watermelon margarita, garlic parmesean wings n broccolini. The food was good

We chose this restaurant because we stayed at this hotel during my daughter’s dance competition. I must say that after an overwhelming day at nationals, we picked the perfect spot to eat. Our waiter was Sophie as soon as we sat down she asked us what we would like to drink and we caught us off guard is that she also provided us with an allergy card which not all sports bars. Do the food came out in less than 10 minutes. It was pretty late into the night. We were tired and she made dinner easy. The atmosphere in this bar was very clean and quiet with lots of TVs to watch sports in if we stay at Westgate resort again, it won’t be because of the room it will be because of this restaurant thank you Sophie

The sports bar is right next to the bowling alley. Pool table. Has tons of TVs to watch sports. I was curious why it was always empty they food is extremely overpriced and wasn’t flavorful. It has tons of potential but for 2 ppl $35 is crazy.. beer prices are also high. Def need to lower the prices.. a big resort like that and there isn’t anyone in it for the 4 days I was there is crazy.

Alen was our server! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us great recommendations that we actually ordered. His recommendations were spot on with what we told him we were looking for. Definitely ask for him when you visit Drafts.
The bartender Amanda made the best Old Fashion. I am allergic to Orange and she adjusted the drink to accommodate for my allergies. Most bartenders that adjust can’t get the bitters correct. Not only did Amanda get it correct but to the point it was one of the best Old Fashions I have had in a long time. Did I mention she also Smoked them as well. We will be back. Make sure you ask for Alen (one L) or Amanda. Thank you for a great service.

I’m very disappointed with our experience at Drafts Sports Bar. We had a reservation for 9 people at 7:00 PM, but the service was extremely slow from the start.
It took about 30 minutes just to receive our drinks. Our food order wasn’t taken until 50 minutes after we arrived, and the food itself was served about 1 hour and 30 minutes after we got there.
To make matters worse, the Buffalo Chicken Wedge salad was served with cold chicken, which was very disappointing.
Overall, the service was far too slow, and the quality of the food did not meet expectations. I hope management improves both the service and food quality in the future.

We waited over 20 minutes before a server came to take our order, although the food itself didn’t take long to arrive once it was placed. The prices felt a bit steep—paying over $10 for just one and a half chicken tenders seemed excessive.
What really stood out in a negative way was the restroom situation. On multiple occasions, we had to wait for staff members who were using the accessible bathrooms to scroll on their phones. This was especially frustrating because we were with individuals who genuinely needed access to those facilities. It’s disappointing to see employees using these spaces as break rooms when customers have real needs.
