I called and ordered ahead for pickup on a Sunday afternoon. I’ve been waiting 50 minutes. You can smell smoke from the kitchen, poor exhaust ventilation. The food here is always good, but food preparation is slow. The excuse is waiting on rolls. Witnessed the shift manager use table salt to de-ice sidewalk. You would think they would spend a little money on real ice melt safe prep salt.

I had the strawberry salad with salmon, it was amazing the salmon cooked to perfection and the presentation was so beautiful! All the colors the freshest greens beautiful strawberries!
If you haven’t been to Cotton Patch in a while you NEED to come back!
Our waitress Gabby was so sweet very tentative and the GM Tracy is so amazing really hands one management he’s willing to clean a table, seat guest or help out his staff in any way possible to make their jobs easier you really don’t see management like that anymore.

Amazing food. Our server Keylee was amazing and very sweet. We got our food in a good about of time. Overall amazing. Just special thanks again to Keylee. She was genuinely amazing and would come back just for her.

Waited 25 mins and served chicken that was literally RAW. Pink juices flooded the plate when cut into. Inside completely cool and pink. Please, check your internal temp when serving the general public!!!

I been coming here for years. Today we ordered a chicken fried chicken, a steak and baked potatoe, and a burger. Had to wait another extra 30 mins, which who cares, I love this place and the food I dont mind the extra wait. They forgot the gravy. Whatever stuff happens. No biggie. Turned back around for gravy. Get home and find out I got a chicken fried steak instead. Fine, I’ll eat it. Poured the gravy and something chunky fell out of the cup. That kinda ruined the chicken fried steak for me. Asked for medium well on the steak. It was basically a hockey puck. My wife couldn’t even eat it. The burger was so greasy the bun was soggy and falling apart. The worst part is the attitude when we are picking up out food and having to return for gravy. Like its our fault? Im so fed up with the below par service but to completely screw up our order on top of it…I’m good. We just won’t be coming back anymore. Too many places to eat these days around here to have to deal with that kinda bs.

Our first time eating here, I rarely enjoy and appreciate any restaurant meal like the one we had today. OMG ! Super delicious made from scratch mains and sides. I had the Tuesday special chicken fried chicken, loved everything about it. Mashed potatoes and green beans were incredible. Picture of this dish and the fresh baked yeast rolls ( notice the Thank God printed on the wrapper).

We tried to get dinner at 3 separate places, we ended up at Cotton Patch. There was no wait and the service was absolutely remarkable! Our waitress was on top of making sure we had a constant supply of rolls. Our food was incredibly fresh, hot, and delicious!!! I have NEVER been disappointed by Cotton Patch! This is now our go-to place when we cant decide what to eat- since everything on the menu is amazing. By the way- Jumbo Crispy Shrooms are A MUST!!!

Food was beyond amazing, i got the chicken fried chicken with jalapeno gravy and it was fresh and crispy! So delicious, i will only get it here from now on. Our server, Myka, was the sweetest most attentive and caring server ive ever had! She kept our drinks filled, she kept up with my roll basket being empty, and she recommended the bread pudding. Which is was amazing, so many good things to say about her. When yall go, make sure to ask for Myka. One of the best servers ive had here at Cotton Patch!

I ordered a take out salad on February 03, at 4:30 pm. I sat at the bar and a young woman took my order which I paid for at that time. I thought a 40% tip would have at least warranted a thank you. Not a word from her. When she brought the order to me I told her, thank you, but again she didn’t say anything and just walked away. A little courtesy would have been nice. Bottom line, she was just plain rude.
