This one has been unusually bad about getting orders wrong. Ordered 3 mcdoubles, extra cheese, no pickles. I ordered this twice recently. The first time had not only pickles, but an almost spiteful amount of them. Usually they come with 2, maybe 3, these had 7 to 8 on each burger. I want to say it was a simple mistake, but that amount of pickles was a bit much to be a small mistake. But I tried again. The second time I ordered (11/29/2025), not only were there still pickles, but they weren’t even mcdoubles. Single patty.

Be nice if they could fill order correctly. No drink for happy meal. No sauce for nuggets as ordered. Person handing order out window… ridiculous. She acted like I was an inconvenience and when I asked for drink carrier, she shoved drinks at me to hold, then gave me the carrier to put the drinks in myself, with no where to actually sit them in my vehicle. Gone are the days of customer service at a McDonald’s. So much for a refund on the drink I didn’t receive.

We waited 30 minutes in the morning for a sandwich and a juice, which completely defeats the purpose of fast food. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. And the staff seemed too busy to communicate with customers.

They got my order wrong at first and then while me and my friends were going in the playpen and an employee or manager went up to us and started yelling at us to get down and was practically calling us big. She could’ve said things nicer. She was also yelling at an employee who I’m pretty sure has autism. 1 store, get better employees

Consistently receiving incorrect orders here. I usually order a hamburger, yet almost every time it comes with cheese. I’ve tried ordering through the app, drivethru, and even called to clarify that a hamburger doesn’t include cheese, but the issue keeps happening. It’s disappointing that such a simple order can’t be done right; they weren’t even busy. Likely my last drivethru.

Placed a order at 3:04 to pick up. Walked in ab 10 minutes later order wasn’t ready. No problem I wasn’t in a rush I don’t mind waiting. After waiting 20 minutes I go up to counter and get told it’ll be a few minutes. After 45 minutes to an hour of being there manager said I needed to walk in with the phone so the order pops up. Never have a I heard that. I saw my order number on their screen sitting so long it disappeared. Not even an apology for the hour wait and had someone else still waiting that was there before me. Not the type to complain over food but this was terrible.

Man I come here all the time because it’s close to the house. Today’s adventure take us to the new honey hot sausage breakfast sandwich which is supposedly for lunch but has egg. Not available just like orange juice a couple days ago and ice cream. It’s always a let down coming here.

They Got my drive thru order wrong
I ordered a meal and a McDouble
Somehow charged me for a meal and a quarter pounder… made me wait and pull up
They laughed about it
And they tried tell me a McDouble and a quarter pounder sandwich were the same price and didn’t refund me the difference. Should have a few dollar difference.
Girl who came out to hand me my bag laughed as she handed it to me.
Glad their mess up is funny ….
No napkins or ketchup in the bag either

I’m going to start out by saying I have been a loyal McDonald’s customer since birth and I am not one to complain about a McDonald’s. BUT…. My friend and I both got a Big Mac meals so we could watch Bad Girls Club and have a snack. When I ordered the lady sounded rude. Didn’t mind that at first because it’s a McDonald’s but then I get my food and drink. I taste my Fanta and it tastes like water so someone forgot to change the syrup or is lazy idk. And then I get home and eat my Big Mac. The top bun has no sauce and 2 bites in the top patty of meat was already gone. I’m a small girl so I don’t take big bites. Anyways if it was one or the other I wouldn’t have complained but all together I was just super disappointed. I love McDonald’s and it just didn’t feel like McDonald’s to me.

I ordered four burgers, a french fry and three drinks. When I got to the food window they gave me my drinks and then parked me to wait for the rest of my food. I watched 15 to 20 cars get served in the drive-thru while I sat there waiting for my food for 20 minutes then I decided to go in, another guy that was waiting longer than me had also gone in. I walked in and asked the lady why it was taking so long. She never apologized. She just took my receipt and 7-10 minutes later another kid finally handed me my food. I checked the order and it was missing my french fries. I pointed it out to him. He said nothing and just took my bag. I did say ‘and another fry would be nice for my wait’ which he did give me. So 30 minutes later I’m finally leaving the parking lot and I get home and now the drinks are a little bit watered down because the ice has melted and I eat one of my burgers and then realize that they are undercooked, Hope I don’t get sick! I will never return to this location again and it will probably even be a while before I go to McDonald’s
