This place is going downhill fast. Few days ago my McCrispy was burnt and black had to throw it away. Mistakes are made but then tonight I get this monstrosity. Seriously how hard is it to put a slice of cheese on a burger?? We all want to know for real. Not to mention the meat looks off. Fries are always cold even when the drive thru is super busy. Unless the workers are all blind there is absolutely no excuse for the quality of food that you are served here especially with the rising cost of meals. I’m not expecting 5 star dining but come on. Definitely go to the one by the mall and skip this one if you can.

The greatest thing or the worst thing is that everything at one should be the same as another.
Quality of staff and their desire to deliver is the only variable really.
This location was good.
Food was hot, and prepared at the time of order.
(We waited a bit more than expected for an “on the go” picked up at the counter, but its not an issue either).
Staff was polite and welcoming.
Access to the restaurant and parking was good.
No issue and no concerns

Food is fine. The people are always friendly and quick. 2 lanes for takeout and constant customer traffic makes for some interesting people watching, heh. If this is your kid’s first job, I hope they’re ready to WORK lol. Hazleton loves McDonalds

this is the second time i got undercooked chicken. i dont expect much from a mcdonalds but it really is not that hard to fry some chicken, hell let my food fall apart i dont care but come-on bro that stuff gets people sick. staff is cool enough for a mickey ds but its dirty no matter what time i go in (i understand they may get slammed) and ill only be getting burgers from here on out

Got food through the drive thru. Girl was asking me if my order was such and such while her face was in the bag looking at my food, so I’m sure she spit all over my fries. Also gave the wrong drink but was already mad about the face in bag. Threw the food out as soon as I got back to my place.

If you go to this McDonald’s just go by your self because the some of the people the take the drive through don’t have pacient to take more than one order and if you complain about it they talking to you with attitude they cut you off by talking over you to interrupt you is like saying this food get you sick go somewhere more healthier

This McDonalds always closes their Drive Thru early. They are supposed to be open until 12 am but they close the Drive Thru anywhere from 11:20 pm -11:45 pm. This happened several times, will not go there anymore. Thank God Sheetz is up the road and OPEN.

Busy rush both inside and at drive thru. I guess company policy is to prioritize drive thru customers, but they completely ignore anyone inside.
