This visit was truly sensational. Each bite was better than the last. Our server, Joseph, was phenomenal. He knew exactly what we wanted before we did. Adam, Joseph, and their team transcended the visit from dinner to a once in a lifetime experience. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend trying this location. The quality of food, and service shines in comparison to any other capital grille location, or restaurant for that matter. A million thank yous as this is the best restaurant in 500 miles or more.

Came here for a birthday dinner celebration and it absolutely delivered. We started with the calamari and beet salad, both delicious, and for my main I ordered the dry-aged porterhouse cooked medium, which was perfectly done.
Service was on point from start to finish. Definitely coming back

The crew at The Capital Grille in Burlington have created an atmosphere through decades of excellence that showcase what fine dining is supposed to be about. From the incredible attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth emanating from every colleague within these walls to the levels of detail with every dish – flavors, unexplored and tried-and-true (like the lemon pop on the asparagus or the porcini rub and 15 year balsamic on a ribeye), come sprawling to life in this beating heart of a true steakhouse.

Hostess’ greet you with a smile, servers pirouette with stacks of dishes seamlessly, oysters burst in your mind’s eye with freshness unseen, the GM comes and asks how your meal is while your server crumbs your table surreptitiously, the kitchen continually compose a symphony of burners searing steaks perfectly and dishes clanking to culminate into a culinary cacophony.

You’re home here (but the food is way better). What an experience!! Thank you for making our 3 celebrations tonight so special… and check out that char on the ribeye

Took my wife there last week. We have been coming here for years until the pandemic hit in 2021. It’s conveniently located right off I-95. We stopped by for lunch. After being seated, they took like ten minutes to bring us the water and the menu even though this was lunch time during the week. Wife ordered salad and strip steak medium rare, I, wagyu cheeseburger medium no blood. Salad was limp and sad with brown stems, and her steak was cooked “Rare”. Not what we ordered. My cheese burger was also rare with bloody juice running and soaking up the bun. We wanted to send them back but decided not to because we won’t be back and it’s not the servers fault and she seemed too busy with other large order customers. Totally out of my expectations because we came here many times before but this time, no more disappointing meal at this place. It’s just not worth going there anymore for the money and time. Bye Cap Grille!

One of the best grill restaurant in Boston, sliced filet mignon is always my option with mashed potato, french fries and of course, crap macaroni and cheese. Very prestigious place I always love to eat at.

We celebrated hubs birthday lunch and it was fantastic! The service was attentive and every dish was spectacular. We ordered the housemade French dip with caviar, the clam and lobster bisque, and the NY strip with duck fat fries. The Caesar salad, mushroom Parmesan risotto, and mashed potatoes were also amazing. To top it off, they brought out a birthday dessert. For a chain restaraunt, I will always love the Capital!

What a phenomenal experience! All the way from our waitress Ashley to the chef nothing fell short of amazing. Ashley was very attentive and timing was perfect with being able to enjoy all of the food and not feel rushed during a busy holiday! The filet, french onion soup, beet salad, calamari, creamy corn and Brussels were perfectly cooked. The only regret I have, not saving room for dessert!

I like capital grille . Everything about it it’s good . But sometimes the waiters just push people out . I’m not there to eat fast and leave . I want to enjoy my dinner . But every two minutes they would come
And ask if I’m all set and even I have food on my plate they ask if they should take it away . My daughter didn’t finish her food and ask the guy to take it because he asked her few times .
They really should have a talk that this isn’t an average restaurant and people come there to enjoy food not to feel like they are getting pushed out ..
But food is always awesome . We are costumers and will go back again .

Second visit here. Ok experiences overall but 2/5 for steak quality. Especially compared to other locations, like Capital Grille Chestnut Hill.

Attached is from the side of my bone-in ribeye, which was supposed to be cooked medium rare. It’s gray.

The servers were very friendly but it’s worth mentioning that no one was even asked how the steak came out, which I think is a first for me at any decent steakhouse.

Others sitting around me got the tenderloin (with lobster), porterhouse, and 2 more ribeyes. No one liked their steak. Even those cooked to order were dry.
