Worst cold hamburger I’ve ever purchased at a McDonald’s. The patty was overcooked, dark & rubbery around the edges. I asked for no ketchup & received a dob of mustard, a pickle, 2 tiny pieces of onion. Fries were limp & barely warm. This McDonald’s franchise is obviously run & managed by someone who doesn’t follow the outlined franchise instructions. We were taken out of order at the drive through so the person who arrived after us was asked to order before us. Seriously bad all the way around!

Disgusting under cooked meat that wasn’t even the right kind of meat for the burger the fries under cooked and I even sat in line for 15 -20 minutes and about 7 minutes sitting at the window you get your food handed to you. I get you close at midnight but 30 minutes before you close shouldnt be this terrible.

Our food was under cooked from the massive quarter patty on my big mac that had a regular bun and was so pink, the fries where so under cooked, and they didnt even get the sauces right, but under cooked meat no good mcdonalds, if your going to charge the prices you charge get the order right its really not that difficult.

Ordered our usual drinks i went bigger and so did my wife to get game pieces. Got 2 large drinks with no game picks on them. Waited almost 15 mins for 2 drinks ordered bigger ones just to get them and nope.

They need to learn to pay attention to patrons who come into the restaurant for food. Drive thru isn’t the be all end all. Some of us go in. If they can’t wait on us in a timely manner (I waited 10 mi. before I was even recoginized), they should close the dining room. And being less condescending would be nice.

Well that has changed. I can now speak for the food… the breakfast anyway…. I could do an oil change with the amount of grease in the hashbrowns….. ugh….. The sandwich was half on half off the biscuit.. but……. it tasted quite good and this was not greasy..

Ordered two breakfast meals #4 and#9. The picture showed sandwich, hash brown and orange juice. But when we went to pay, we had to pay extra for orange juice. It said it was an upcharge, but the meal was supposed to come with them. This was a rip off and deceptive business practice. UNACCEPTABLE!

It’s like they didn’t even try. I’ve always made food for people and if it doesn’t look like something I would eat, I wouldn’t serve it. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to just try to make sure everything makes it on the sandwich. Try just a tiny bit harder.

Got a table with a number that says “table service” right on it. They proceeded to scream our number and have an auttitude. For disrespectful did it to other family’s as well. Never coming here again.
