Shoutout to Sherlyn at this McDonald’s! I messed up my mobile order big time, sending it to the wrong place total user error, haha. But Sherlyn was super cool. She helped me sort it out and get a new order going at the drive-through. Seriously, she was so patient and helpful, I had to ask for her name. Definitely deserves some recognition!

I went in and ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles, a vanilla coffee, medium fries, and a few other things. Not only was my order wrong, but I was overcharged. When I went back in to fix it, the attitude I got from the staff was disgusting.
The so-called manager straight up refused to return my money and said, “That’s what you ordered,” even though I showed them the deal they had advertised right on their board. Instead of owning up to the mistake, I was met with arguing, sarcasm, and straight disrespect from the manager and two other employees. One of them had the nerve to yell across the store, “Here’s the lady of the complaint again,” like I was the problem for expecting what I paid for.
Let me be clear: REFUSING to refund someone for something they didn’t get is theft. This is not just bad customer service — it’s fraud. I told the manager I would dispute it with my bank, and I did. Now they can explain to the bank why they think it’s okay to steal from customers.
If you don’t want to be ripped off, mocked, and robbed — don’t go here. I’m reporting them, and I suggest anyone else who gets scammed here do the same.

I had an awful experience at this McDonald’s. One of the employees, a Spanish-speaking woman, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ordered a latte, and what I got was absolutely terrible — it tasted nothing like a real latte. I politely came back twice to let her know something was clearly wrong with the drink. Instead of fixing the issue or even listening, she started arguing with me to my face, insisting it was a latte and acting like I was the one with the problem.
This kind of disrespectful and lazy attitude is unacceptable. If someone can’t handle basic customer service or make a simple drink correctly, they shouldn’t be working behind the counter. I left frustrated and disrespected. Do better.

This location was very clean from the dining area to the kitchen. You don’t see that alot these days. The employees were dressed professionally and hair perfect, not a hair out of place (l’m jealous ). One could tell they take pride in their work.They were friendly and all smiles. The food was nice and fresh. This place is a 10/10. Thank you.

I ordered 2 chicken nuggets meals and the staff didn’t give a damn and made the 2 cheese burger meals since it was easier for them and I’m not even sure if they understood the English language but I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s at Drake and College Ave in Ft.Collins , Colorado ever again even tried calling the store to talk to the Manager and NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE fo figure i hope this crappy McDonald’s is closed since they seem to care little about customer service or what it even is and I pray corporate will read the review and look hard into the management of this place and so a complete housekeeping and get rid of the bad apple’s at this store and hopefully they will refund the money paid because it shouldn’t have cost over 20 for 2 cheese burger meals that we didn’t even order and it won’t do any good to report it to McDonald’s corporate because NOTHING IS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT IT it must be a management thing to ignore phone calls and emails I am boycotting any and all McDonald’s I would rather have BURGER KING for WENDYS they know how to get things done and done quickly……BYE BYE MCDONALD’S FOREVER

I came through this afternoon around 3:30 pm and wanted to add 2 cups of Mac sauce because I can’t do it on the app. Andy was at the first window and I thought the Mac sauce cups could be added to my mobile order because I have done it in the passed. Well it could not and I did not bring my wallet and Andy paid for it out of his own money. I told him I would come back with the money! I just gave him back the money about 10 mins ago! I just wanted to say Andy restored my faith in humanity and just showed compassion! I appreciate you so much! Thank you again! Andy was amazing and kind!

McDonald’s was once a place where road weary travelers could stop, use the rest room and get food that was fast and relatively inexpensive, those days are completely gone.
The only way to order is through a digital touch kiosk now. Employees don’t even acknowledge the guest.
The bathrooms were locked at 2PM in the afternoon, so if you need to use one be prepared to track down an employee to let you in After playing the game and did finally get the manager to unlock the bathroom, by the time my wife got to the door it was relocked. Then to track down another employee to unlock the door, who then insulted my wife.
This is not an overstatement, McDonald’s only wants your money now and doesn’t care about the guests anymore.
The food quality is horrible, over priced, and not what McDonald’s once was.
Don’t waste your time here.

The overnight crew here for years has continually impressed me with their service and quality for years. This place puts the McDonald’s on Harmony to shame, it’s crazy the difference between the two.

Brought my family inside so my son could play on the play structure while we ate breakfast. The room where the play structure is located at was absolutely filthy. It looked like it went uncleaned from the previous night. Numerous tables still had food, beverage stains, and/or trash on them. The cashless kiosks were not functional so I had to select pay at counter, and I went ignored for several minutes while I waited to pay. The food was okay. The bacon on my mcgriddle was practically non-existent. We waited a long time for our order to come out. I do understand that it was busy, so I’m not taking points off for the wait for the food.
Finally, the play structure itself also was not super clean..lots of dirt and pine needles were around the entrance to it
