Bojangles is a classic fried chicken place the dots mainly the east coast. It was a staple place for me in rural North Carolina growing up and it’s been something I miss dearly. I drove a few hours to make it to this one when we heard Pueblo was trying one out. I can say that the food definitely reminds me of the quality I remember from back east. To me, Bojangles beats Popeyes, KFC, or Church’s any day. This place is definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby. We bought their family meal and froze it for meals through the week and it mostly reheats great in an air fryer. Fries lose some of the flavor but you can get their seasoning online.

Chicken sandwiches and tenders were great. Tenders were crispy and well seasoned. French fries are amazing. Other sides were ok but I am not big on coleslaw and I always prefer homemade mac & cheese. Only thing I did not like was peach cobbler….not at all peach cobbler…just canned peaches on a biscuit. Biscuits however were very good on their own. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I drove an hour from Cleveland just to go here. Delicious!!! I wish they had one closer to Cleveland. The chicken tenders were perfect and the fries were seasoned to perfection. I would have submitted a photo but unfortunately I ate it all before I could get my camera out

Great hot delicious tenders, a great hot rice.The shake was fabulous the boberry i was so glad that the tenders were done, but they also weren’t tough. The breading was nice and crunchy.They get two thumbs up and I’ll definitely will be back again…1LOVE #CHOSEN

I came by here today and ordered a 20 pc family meal carry out which was supposed to come with 8 biscuits. However, after picking up, we drove and found out the carry out did not included the biscuits, so we drove back and asked for the biscuits. The cashier gave us a box and we opened to find there were only 7, so we asked again and the cashier gave us a box of 4 biscuits to hopefully satisfy us. So we continued and head back home to have lunch only to find out there were only 14 pc out of the 20 pc in the box. Because we live 30 minutes away, we call them twice and for some reason we kept getting no response (pick up and hang). And so we wrote this review to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Hopefully we check everything before we take off. Everything was still good. Chicken, dirty rice, and macaroni were still good. Although , truly a disappointment for service.

Just ate here. WOW! Overall perfect experience. We ordered the biscuit sausage gravy, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, the potato rounds, the chicken biscuit, and the mac n cheese. Jeremy took our order and he was friendly, polite and had excellent customer service. We ended up getting the blueberry biscuits for our wait, which wasnt very long, and even they were amazing! We totally appreciated the kind gesture! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and good quality. This has become one of my new favorite places! WILL be back.

The food is good but the service was lacking. The staff was overly worried about the floor being clean but ignored the tables and bathrooms. The cashier was not very friendly as she took our order or when I had to point out we were missing items. The bathroom had garbage all over the stalls, no toilet paper in one, and looked like nobody had cleaned it since the day prior. No clean booths to eat at, only a few clean tables.

Food was good – after we sent it back because it was served cold the first time. Chicken strips and fries should be served hot!
The dining room needs to be kept cleaner. Only 2 of the tables were clean. One did not have napkins. The drink counter was filthy. The iced tea containers were particularly dirty.
We have complained about the cleanliness to the manager on a previous visit. Not sure if we will return.
