I went there twice, last time with group of 7. The food was great, fresh and yummy. The waitstaff does not give any instructions at all and because it was my second time so I explained how it works to my friends and family. We are given 2 hr window to eat. If you have big group you have to wait to order 10 items for certain time which is not convenient for big group but we managed to get whatever on the belt, I wish they give us more attentions to our needs. They had big banner for the birthday and sing happy birthday. Overall this restaurant is something you want to come again as long as you know what to expect. To compare with ala cart Umai revolving, this restaurant because it is all you can eat so it is more valuable, but the service could be improved. We had great time celebrating my son’s gf birthday.
Update: my son’s birthday we went again. Our visit completely different it was bad. They ran out of ipad the girl gave us their main ipad, we ordered, none came. We then were given the ipad, correct one, so we started ordering. Some of the orders did not come. We were not given water, we finally reminded them or asking them for water, the service and waitstaff pretty much a chaos they can’t handle busy restaurants. For that, i may not coming back. It is not worth to come and have that bad service, and the food we ordered did not come, 3 times. Be careful where you sit, if you sit on the left side you will be completely ignored.

Had a girls day shopping and we stopped here for lunch! Didn’t plan on it being all you can eat – but glad we had an appetite for it. The staff was very friendly. The price is average and affordable for all you can eat. There was a large selection and variety on what is available on the menu and on the conveyor belt. Hoping they have some noodle dishes soon! The miso soup needs some tweaking – it was a bit watered down. It was a great experience and definitely will be back!!!

What a really cool spot. It was such a fun and tasty experience, offering so much for sushi lovers. It could be a little overwhelming because there were just so many good options rolling by your table, plus you had the opportunity to order directly and get an express train sent right to your table. The sushi was amazing, with tons of creative combinations, and there was a good variety of appetizers and other dishes to mix in. It was super affordable for the amount of food you had literally at your fingertips. The staff was helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have been happier with our overall experience. We visited here from Buffalo and hope a place like this opens up there, but we will definitely be making a trip back to Rochester to visit again.

I love the atmosphere! There were some interesting dishes like a spicy seaweed salad and the seared cheesy salmon nigiri. My mom and I had a fun time. Loved my sashimi plate.

First time coming to this restaurant and genuinely had a great time. It was fun being able to pick items off the belt while also being able to place orders via QR code for items that were not on the belt. All the food tasted fresh and didn’t have any issues.
Sabrina, an employee of only a month made our dinner spectacular. Her overall personality, banter and helpfulness left a great impression.

Excellent first sushi my wife and I have had in Rochester. While the dinner/weekend price is a little steep compared to where we moved from, it appears to be competitively priced with the other reputable all-you-can-eat sushi places around the area, which tells me that’s likely more a cost-of-living and regional price difference. The weekday lunch price looks solid though, so that’s something we’re gonna have to try eventually.
As for the actual food – how do I put this. I had craved sushi so badly when we first moved here and they absolutely deliver. The conveyer belt always has the essential things and all kinds of interesting rolls/other treats going around. Plus you can order other soups/appetizers/snacks/rolls from the ipads, which generally has worked well for us. The conveyer belt lets them put out all kinds of intriguing rolls that I normally wouldn’t try, but if it’s just 1-2 pieces (as opposed to a whole 6-8 piece roll) and I haven’t had it before it’s not a high risk endeavor. My wife judges me for trying the rolls that have cheese on them but I swear they are interesting and are at least worth a try! I mean yes they’re a little weird but not bad by any means.
The sashimi is excellent – although I did expect to get slightly better fish compared to the midwest (where we moved from), the fish quality here has been superb for still being fairly far inland. I don’t know anything about fresh fish supply chains but Fuji Sushi Station definitely has a good supplier.
The place is also decked out with all kinds of old and new nods to anime/japanese culture. So many anime figurines and posters, I feel right at home here. Whoever manages the aesthetic in this restaurant has superb taste in Japanese culture.
They also have a little frequent visitor card you can ask for that you can have them stamp each time you visit, supposedly you’ll get a free meal at the 10th stamp so we’re working on that. Highly recommend all around if you’re looking for a good sushi place.

I went a couple of days ago, and it was my first time going. I’ve seen it driving by, so eventually got the chance to go, and it really didn’t disappoint. Very clean environment, very friendly staff, it was a wonderful first impression! We went around dinner time, so they were doing their all-you-can-eat sushi starting at $32.99 per person, which isn’t terrible. Had a lot of fun trying many different varieties of sushi, and the servers were very helpful when we had questions. Would totally go back!! Nice environment for eating with friends and family, including small children. Also, their brown roast tea with matcha was REALLY GOOD!!!

Was excited to delve into my first experience with a conveyer belt style restaurant. The service and restaurant itself are great, but the food was disappointing.
The quality of the fish was below mediocre. For the sashimi, poor texture and taste. The rolls were okay, no complaints, but nothing spectacular.
The cooked appetizers were also disappointing. All the teriyaki plates were bland. The pork belly appetizer also is a “gotcha” with only ONE piece of pork belly and a huge amount of rice. The takoyaki and the scallion pancakes were depressing: one being too soft and lacking crispiness, the other being too crispy to the point of feeling empty. The gyoza was fried to the point of being hard.
On a positive note for the food. The osmanthus herb honey jelly. It was a pleasant end to our meal and very tasty.

Overall the most redeeming parts of Fuji Sushi Station are the staff and the conveyor belt. The food is not something I’d come back for.

It’s so dirty it almost feel unsafe to eat there. The floors, conveyer belt (where the food is), and the seats are disgusting. Some of the sushi tasted fishy and meats were dry. Definitely overpriced. The waiter was rude on top of that. Would never come back and do not recommend. There are definitely WAY better sushi places in Rochester!

I celebrated my mom’s birthday here! The service and the food were amazing. Everything was spotless clean inside. The rotation of food was endless that came out on the conveyer belt. If there was an additional items that you wanted, you can order it on your phone with the provided QR code. The birthday cake that they gave complimentary at the end was beyond my expectations! You would think after eating at an all you can eat that you wouldn’t have room for more, but the dessert was so light and refreshing that it got devoured in seconds. They should consider selling it, because I would definitely go out of my way just to buy it. My next visit can’t come soon enough!
